Koni FSD shocks
I replaced the stock shocks which I installed new in Sept 2019 with Koni FSD shocks.
They are as good as the ad says. I drove today over varying road surfaces and numerous bridges.
Previously every bridge gave a rattling response to the coach. Varying road surfaces gave a bouncing purposing effect. I was a little upset in the road feel after having front suspension parts and shocks installed.
The first bridge gave me a really comfort in my new shocks. The road surfaces were no longer proposing the bus as the OEM shocks did.
My wife sitting in her right seat doesn’t normally comment on things other than the temperature or an abnormal noise, said the bus really rides a lot smoother.

We bought our coach in May of 2014 with 72,000 miles. At the recommendation of the late Peter Campbell, we had a three axle alignment done at then Prevost Jacksonville in January of 2015. There were four motorhomes on the property, so we had four motorhome owners in the owner/driver lounge. One by one we all decided on new shocks. Some went Koni’s all around, we went Koni’s in front and OEMs back.
Our experience was the same as stated above. Immediately made a big difference.
How long do Koni shocks last?

I recently replaced all 8 shocks myself with Koni. The fronts were red, the “Special D” and the rears were gold, the “FSD”. The shocks I took off were totally dead, so I don’t exactly have a good comparison, but the biggest difference I was was that the bouncing of the coach goes not get out of hand. There were times where the coach was going full travel back and forth over and over again on some bumpy roads (mostly highway with multiple “waves” up/down) and generally made it very unstable. Now that is gone.
