A coach that has a known history and that has been well maintained is one that is going to sell promptly.

In this case a serious buyer who was ready to pull the trigger was put in touch with a seller also ready to pull the trigger. Done deal.

Peter, you are going to be very happy with your new ride. I know the couple that bought your coach are happy with it. Now we just need the new owners to fess up and post some photos on the forum. Right now he is probably hammer down and eastbound.

    Way to go Tom !!!

We all know that old coach meant as much or more to him than ours do to us !! Sure makes one feel lucky doesn’t it … we are so fortunate, to have what some can only dream of having !!

Safe and happy travels everyone !

    Alvie,

Real nice ride, whats under the hood? Like the shop also and looks like you have lots of room to work indoors.

Spring will someday show up and then he real work starts.

    Take care

We were in Tallahassee and they closed the schools last Monday. No snow, just some light ice sprinkles.

Don’t even start about Atlanta, and they see snow every year.

The one I broke was located below the door bell near the front door. I was able to reach it after removing the air vent near the floor beside the passenger seat. It did have a nut on the back side and the wires had push on spade connectors.

It’s not even a question of Prevost standing up, it’s the inconvienience and the amount of time without a coach.

Thanks Guys, I am leaving Florida tommorow to head north, Durham N.C. I will try some of the tricks, such as working the level low and parking brake ever so often if leaks plauge me, I am pretty tight right now auxilary runs ever three days. Will be parked in the same place outside for 7 weeks, so these ideas will be put to use. Seems like a major cold front is heading that way the first of the week. will be below 0 at home in V.A. but the Durham area should not be near that cold, say 15 or so, the Webasto and water bay heaters will keep it toasty inside, hope to be back in Florida by the first of March. Guess I will put my shorts away for a while! Gary

I wondered if it was algae,,,,, I have read about adding a couple of bottles of alcohol to a tank of fuel to dissipate the algae. I know there are all kinds of fuel supplements. I like simple if possible. I have used alcohol in my Bobcat with a Duetz diesel with great success but not sure if Detroit injectors, hoses etc. would be compatible.

    Has anyone used alcohol ?

You understand it. My Webasto can heat the engine only, the house only (which includes the HW tank) or both.

You can open or close valves to do whatever you need.

But what is the difference between a Webasto or an AH? Both have coolant lines going to the Webasto or the AH heat exchanger. It is just the AH fluid heating the engine coolant via a heat exchange between the two as opposed ot the Webasto heating coolant directly.
