I used the ones in the link below. I had to drill out the center hole a little, but worth the effort for the price difference.

Andre,
Are you and Ann going to take the Rubicon out on some of the Jeep trails in Moab and around Delores? There are some incredible trails and sights if you have time.

After 5 weeks of sitting with full hook ups, I checked the chassis batteries to find them all at 23.8 volts (11.9 individually). I installed them new in 11/18. Charged them back up to 26 volts and will manually monitor them till I get home. At which time I will meter the draw and get a strategy to deal with it. Didn’t mean to let this happen. 11.5 years with the Liberty made me remis on this.
Other than the control modules for the Detroit and Allison (DDEC4 and ATEC), any ideas generically what might be the loads? None of the wires connected directly to the batteries look consumer installed.

Thanks Jon, very helpful in visualizing what’s going on. From this, my intuition is that the inner tube could be damaged by residue that gets past the wipers/legs.

Thanks, Jon. I have been looking at the Vanner manual that walks through how to test at the Equalizer posts. I am going to do that tomorrow the first chance I have.

Just an observation…the cord on Andre’s new Marathon might not need the extension if you guys pulled into the pull-thru slots from the intended traffic direction…just sayin’.
-
I did not. Only thing different last night was putting a charger on the batteries.

See pic of Jeff and John above:
John: “Hey, Jeff how come these Marathon cords are so dang short?
Jeff: ” Them Marathon folks aren’t strong enough to pull out a full sized cord like them macho Liberty boys.”
John: “Ya sure about that? Every time Mr. Self comes to your place he gets to park in the No.1 spot right beside the door so his teeny Marathon cord will reach. He says you feel bad for him, Jeff, so you’ll let him park there.
Then he said, “Jeff just thinks my cord is short. But I never pull it all the way out at ETLC. I like my parking spot”.

Then there was the time I spent 30 minutes trying to set the stupid digital clock on my car radio one evening. I struggled and struggled, pressed every combination of buttons that I possibly could and could not get the time to change from 9:00 (and by the time I gave up 9:30) AM to PM.
Next morning when I changed stations I saw that the time was now 8:15 FM.

Do all the brake lights come on or just the third light? Why do you care if the lights come on?

We had a bunch of tow companies afraid or unable to to it, but Star Towing brought us to Freightliner in Medford.
All in all, not a bad outcome. We’ll get some issues worked out and I’ll come back for it
