Yes the Tivoli lights work, I do remember replacing that relay a year ago, It looked like a solenoid and after I replaced it all was fine, it was not a clear one though. I wil check the other one and see if it’s bad
Thanks

Here are more pictures of my coach showing the fan situation
First picture shows elongated adjustment holes, this is underneath the bus looking up at the fan gearbox brackets, only adjustable front to rear, not side to side.
on top side showing bushing for gear box/fan bracket, as you can see, nothing moved or appears to be wrong
the below picture needs to be rotated, but you can see with the AX73 belts, the fan blades are tilted over, making the top of the fan go to far into the shroud, and causing the bottom center of the fan to scrape slightly.

below shows the limit stop with very little clearance left, this is with AX73 belts
this below is the limit stop with plenty of clearance using AX72 belts, which are 1 ” shorter

AXX72 belts 1″ shorter

below with AX72 Belts, the fan looks like it should in the shroud, with an inch clearance all the way around, and barely protrudes into the shroud as Prevost suggested. And, is straight up and down along with the radiator shroud

Below is how everything looks with the 1″ shorter belts. 1/2″ shorter would be probably better, but they only offer that belt in 1″ increments. The mini air bag still has movement in both directions, there is clearance all the way around the fan shroud, nothing hitting anything or out of line.

I am going to try this setup. I’m sure some of you will disagree, since the belts are 1 number off, but I don’t see anything else to do. The limit stop remains in place, as it came from the factory. Only thing changed is the shorter belts. (Tom, turn the pictures that need to be please.)

Hi Tom,I obviously agree about getting some experience. I’m not really trying to give an opinion with my previous post, I’m trying to understand? If it’s not a 10 year limit or pictures, what is it? Or are you saying there should be no restrictions at all?

I have never seen or used a plastic sleeved fitting except when the entire fitting was plastic and it was part of a water system, and not pneumatic.

Hi Expressbus,
I have an appointment with Jeff on Monday . I didn’t know he did glass installation and I’m sure there are many things he does I’m not aware of. I look forward to meeting with Jeff and thank you for your input.

I disagree with accepting them as advertisers, but keep the comments coming.
That would be like accepting bigotry. I guess as long as a person wears a tee shirt that says he is a bigot he should be allowed to practice his bigotry? Not in my opinion. The RV parks that discriminate are in effect saying that we as people are not acceptable in their world. I can’t speak for everyone but I can’t accept that, especially when the RV parks which mostly sell lots as well as rent them, allow their lot owners to deviate from the 10 year requirement.

Diane and Larry,
I have never seen anyone triple tow with a Class-A. That is so cool! I hope that you use your Liberty train horn to make sure everyone stays out of your way!
Dan and Judy, that is a neat set-up on that truck. I also have never seen that type of hydraulic lift before. I guess I need to get out more! LOL!
Safe travels,
Mark

Hi Dick, I’m not aware of a bench test. It was more of a here’s what burned out and that’s (the starter) what caused it! I’m going the have the experts figure it all out and see if we can get it to the point of “Hey what’s that noise? Oh yah it’s the 8V92 Diesel engine”!My wife, who has the ability to cut through chaff said “the last owner didn’t set up the coach to run 1100 miles and stop. Something failed and a professional has to figure it out”! So there we are!

Ahh Brett you are so right! Jon is one of the owners of the forum but there’s no problem really. Go down on one knee, kiss his ring, pay an extra year of forum dues and you’ll find Jon almost human. The other guy is Tom and if you meet him just double up on everything! As for the “Plastic Coach” part. Jon’s favorite color is plaid! Must I say more?
