Bill is right about the 3G and 4G being specific to the amplifier. I haven’t needed to use an antenna for my AT&T 4G LTE hotspot yet as it always seems to have a good signal where we go, but the “unlimited “3G Sprint is a little weaker and that’s when the antenna kicks in.
Call Wilson and they will tell you what you need specific to your needs.

That’s right driver, you know I got hair but that’s how I solved my power management. I sport a #2 all around and the wife wears wigs. I threw the hair dryer out.

Tell me about it! Our 2 twenty something sons moved out and our bus insurance went up $4500. Our agent is as baffled as we are since we have had no claims or tickets! Company claims not having the boys on the policy narrows the risk pool. What a crock!

I would suspect the alternator at engine idel is not keeping up with the current your systems are drawing from the batteries.
Don’t know at what RPM the alternator is at full output but when you idle high you don’t have any problems tells me you are most likely getting the required power.

I have a camera inside my horse trailer that I could switch to on my old coach… I haven’t figured out how to do it with the bus but before I pull the horses any distance I will certainly have a way to watch them… Camera had a mic in it as well so I could hear them if there were problems back there.

Try putting an open box of baking soda in the frig, it will absorb odors.

There was a time when I was in the concrete burial vault business. I don’t want to sound insensitive, but there were occasions when there was an unattended death with time between death and when the body was found and the odors associated with that were masked by the funeral director to an extent. You might consider contacting one or two of them for some advice.
Since I seemed to have some really lousy jobs, another one was supplying grease traps. When we had to go in the field and deal with issues there were two ways we combatted the odors. To the extent possible we loaded it up with as much ice as we could. The odors were always more prevalent when it was warm so anything we could do to drop the temps we did. In the winter nasty grease traps had almost no odor compared to the heat of summer.
The second thing we did was to sprinkle a lot of cinnamon around. The odor didn’t go away, but the cinnamon seemed to overpower it to the point we didn’t gag.
It won’t be fun, but everyday living, cooking, cleaning, etc. tends to make the odor go away.

As usual Jeff was right, you have to kind of have a sustained wind for 10 to 15 seconds before the controller closes the awning. My wind sensor checked out OK, but it didn’t spin as freely as it should, so I replaced it.
How to check the sensor – You put a meter on the two wires coming from the sensor and you’ll see zero ohms. As you spin the sensor, if the ohm reading increases with speed, it’s good.
There are two versions of the wind sensor, one has paddles (the later model) and the other has cups. According to Girard, I can use either sensor with my vinatge G-2000 awnings. The paddle sensor lets you replace just the plastic paddles by removing a nut on top and lifting off the paddles. With the cup sensor, you have to replace the entire unit. I elected to use the cup sensors, for some reason they seem to spin easier. The cup sensor is 630 at Amazon, but the supply is limited, otherwise they’re about 150 bucks at Girard. If you have the cups, you mght want to snag a spare.
Anyone needing a paddle, let me know, my take off is in good shape.

As much as we all want to see our coaches retain their value a 2001 is a 14 year old coach, and the market is cruel to older coaches with respect to retained value.
From the photos it looks like a nice coach, but the market has punished the values of Royale coaches because it is one of the conversions viewed as an orphan. Unstated is any proof of continued maintenance or any discussion of the de-lam issue. A big plus is the new tires and batteries, but I would suspect the high bid is going to end up well south of $200,000. That is a crime because there is so much real value in what appears to be a great coach.
If it looks as good in person as the photos show, if it has a good service history with records to back that up, and if the de-lam inspection comes out OK someone is going to get a nice coach.

I’d like to know how they override the system to move it. My transmission will not engage with the slide out.

On MCI buses, the OTR comes on automatically every time we start the engine, set for 72 degrees. I can shut it off before the compressor kicks in, but that has to be done manually, as does changing the set temp and fan speed. MCI conversion shells share more DNA with seated coaches than do Prevost conversion shells, and this is plainly a carry-over from the seated coaches. As John noted, having the OTR switched off while starting is probably a good idea, but it is not likely practiced by seated coach drivers. The MCI manual recommends leaving the OTR on full auto all the time, so I suspect the OTR is rarely shut off.

The local store here had never heard of it or seen the card. Was not interested in seeing the card but did offer a 10% discount on the two 27DC-2 Marine Deep Cycle batteries I needed. He was real nice about it.
He did not have them in stock and I am sort of glad he did not. Advanced had them $10-15 cheaper per battery. They may be lesser batteries but they are the same batteries that were in it when I got this trailer 2.5 years ago and they were now 6 years old.
