Good one Fred.
As a nation we seem to have forgotten as kids we all drank from the garden hose and everyone had their mouth on the end of the hose.
Now we are so worried about germs we have to sanitize our hands and even the handle on the grocery cart.

This RV park is 8 years old. When you look at it, you think it was built 20 years ago. The interior roads and sites are paved. That is good. Once upon a time, there was grass between the sites. Very little is left of that. The FHU are good with 20/30/50 amps at each site. A few sites have cable TV. That is to say, 24 of 101 sites. Those sites are all in one part of the park. My guess is, those are the only sites where cable is still working. The reception is analog and is really bad. Like in the old days when you used rabbit ears for an antenna, Very grainy. Our site has an RG11 receptacle for a telephone/DSL modem hookup. The innards are so corroded that there was no dial tone when the BBT tech tried to hook-up the modem. A maintenance guy created a temporary connection.
I can see a small equipment building, which is apparently owned by BBT and houses their equipment which provides WiFi to the park. The BBT technician told me that this little building has fiberoptic cable inside and in theory, the park could have high speed Internet.
Problem is that the owners do apparently not care and will not spend the money to lay down the conduit needed for running the cable to each site. I was told the resort is owned by a very rich man who owns, amongst other things, pipelines. He also owns 2 jets to fly his friends, buddies and paying guests to the resort.
On the other hand, one has to remember that this is the best RV park in the area and being part of the golf resort, we have access to everything the resort has to offer. This includes an on-site restaurant, a bar, 2 bakeries and a few other things. The views are great. They have hiking and walking trails on the property and you can continue past the property lines hiking up into the mountains. Or, you can go down to the river and launch your kayak. It is also considered normal to go a few miles down the road, cross over into Mexico for dinner.
Anyways, I guess, not everyone is obsessed with wanting fast Internet and many people who come here, do so for the outdoors.

Are you confident 20 plus year old hoses are OK? You are working in that area now, will it be more convenient to change them later?

The AD-SP should be interchangeable with the SS1200. Bendix has long been the gold standard in air brake components & copied by many. Do not know if there is a performance difference between these 2 parts. Dryers with 12v heaters are most common & will cost less than 24v models. You can save $100 or more if you purchase a 12v model and reuse your 24v heater. Reman dryers are also available.

No need to worry about upgrading my flip phone. After extensive research I have determined my old basic flip phone has exactly the same capabilities as the most sophisticated smart phone when used as I intend. For those who do not understand, my flip phone is in the “off” mode almost 100% of the time, except when I want to make a call, or someone has given me a heads up that they will call me when I am not in the bus or at home.
Verizon has indicated when a smart phone is used as i use my flip phone it offers no benefits. Maybe when Tom gets his 4 slide coach I will reconsider. But I heard he has his last bus.

I am looking for 1 or 2 of those Cadet toe kick heaters. I need the blower so it does not matter if the heating element functions or is the recalled model.

Jimmy not draining the airbags. the Marathon aux or house air. You should have a green or some type of air tank under the bumper below freezing if that tank has water not good…. so I would try to find that and drain it. you might also have a drain in one of the bays near the water bay on the Drivers side. I do and drain that as well.

Call Jeff Rowe at East Tennessee Luxury Coach in Vonore, TN a little SW of Knoxville. He is the Prevost/Liberty/Cruise-Air go to guy. Call him right away in the morning. The area around Vonore is beautiful with lots of stuff to do. You’ll be welcomed by Camp Host Buddy Brown and you should find the other Prevost owners at ETLC having work done to be very entertaining as well.

I had a truck pick up a rock and put a big chip in my passenger side windsheild. A windsheild repair guy here in town fixed it for $1250. He said the repair was a strong as the glass its self. I have to look very hard to find it..

Insurance may be a racket, but at least its inconsistency is consistent.
For the same coverage from the same insurer you have a difference of $1800. That is the same experience Tom and I had only in his case Explorer was less expensive, and in my case it was Miller.
Right now I am working on peace in the Middle East, but as soon as I solve that problem I will tackle the more difficult problem of making sense out of insurance.
