Tim,
I only have one compressor but it has both a 120 breaker and a 12v breaker (which I think is for the control) that both need to be checked. flipping either breaker will disable it.
Good Luck

I agree with Jon on this one and echo what Jeff said.
Use due care when you start the coach,
let it idle at low idle until aux air is up and you more than likely
will not have the issue.I also like to hear the air dryer purge a time or two before I drive off.

So, they claim they’re not the original manufacturers. They also state they’ve never made a shade with three retracting strings.
However, they are selling me three of the retracting spool thingys (for $12!), so once I receive them, I will again update everyone on whether this solution works! -
Mark,
The Love’s Rewared Card is optional in its use. If you have one and insert it first, the following purchase will accrue reward points to be used inside the store for some stuff and food.
If you do not insert it, no reward points but everything else works just the same.
This allows a trucking firm to pay for the driver’s fuel and for the drive to get free stuff inside.
The cruical card is the one from Profit Tools the the “L” on it.
Hope this helps.

I think the source will be the same as what I’m finding for my Country Coach (see my post as well).
I’ve found that a replacement side curtain is probably available from:
Dash Designs (Tempe, AZ), “The Original Dash Shade”.
On-line [http://www.dashdesigns.com/content/carsunshades.aspx] one can see the shade. They are available to order for different cars, and in many different sizes. Our Country Coach installed version has three retracting nylon strings (versus 2 on current product) and is the same metallic grey.
For our coach, the attachments are modified compared to what appears to be delivered (currently) by Dash Designs (stitched on a piece with snaps for the attachment). I looked at a generic version at Pep Boys, and it definitely appears to be the original source with the two differences noted (3 vs 2 strings, attaching mechanism).
Planning, if possible, to call and order one tomorrow as a test fit, and will update posts on outcome.

The first thing we did after buying our coach last May was to replace the old unit with a new Tecma. Had to get used to the three step flush cycle but the Tecma has worked great so far. I can deal with a lot of issues but not a broken toilet. Wife would not be happy for sure.

As a follow up to this thread and the information provided above, color of hoses is not indicative of their rating when supplied by Prevost.
The manufacturer has provided the following information regarding Prevost part number 531467:
The hose is constructed of silicone rubber with m-Aramid fiber reinforcement.
The temperature rating of the hose is:
+220 Centigrade (for continuous application)
+260 Centigrade is allowed for short excursions, cumulatively adding to no more than 10% of the parts service lifetime.
The continuous operating temperature translates to 428 degrees F, with short excursions being 500 F.
I have no means at this time to measure the percentage of time the turbo air discharge exceeds 428 degrees so if anyone has an EGR engine and Silverleaf or a reader we would appreciate some data to reflect what percentage of an hour has turbo air discharge temps exceed 428.
If as an owner if you want total peace of mind there is no reason why you cannot use the red/orange colored hoses available on line or at truck parts houses for the hot side of the charge air system. Just make sure the hose is long enough to be double clamped.

I would be reluctant to use numbers from an old thread. Prevost / Volvo have been changing numbers so I would rely on Elgin to provide you with the part numbers now called out for your model coach.
There have been changes since we found the error caused by transposed part numbers so I would suggest you get the Prevost part number and the number used by the trade, such as 11R-104 (I made that up but that will be the format for the trade number). Then with the trade number you can do some price comparisons.
Unless something has changed nobody has ever priced air bags as good as Prevost prices.

We have the problem plagued Zip-Dee air/electric awning as our large curbside awning. I’m on record on the PC forum that the only places I’ll put it out are at Jeff Rowe’s or at home where I have a reciprocating saw that I can use to cut it off in case it can’t get it closed.
I open the smaller awnings all the time when we’re parked at a campground, RV resort, or the race track. I won’t open them at a rest stop, truck stop, or Wal-Mart (concerned about something running into them). I try to remember to close them at night or if we’re going to be away for anything length of time, but often forget.

If you are going to have HOA restrictions, why not live in a community that has restrictions that FAVOR owning RVs?

Storm is over in DC. Not as bad as the weather folks made it out to be. We had 24 inches. The Wife, Cats & bus are doing great. Cleaned up the site and cleared the roof. Then we helped out around the camp.
Thanks Prevost & Country Coach for making such a great machine

That’s a good reminder: we will look at replacing and adding TPMS sensors with the change-out of the valve stems.

The generator battery is with the chassis batteries ?
Marathon uses a independent battery for generator. Not in the gen compartment, but close. There has been issues with the gen battery to far away, thus low starting voltage as the battery ages. In some cases cables have been changed so the generator cranks fast enough to start.

It sounds like you have a faulty compressor or a possible short in the wiring. A remote possibility is the breaker is faulty.
The reason it does not trip with the engine running is because the compressor is not running since the engine driven compressor is doing the work.

Apparently they are working. Maybve he can get us some.
