Toilet Replacement
Well, we have done what most others have done before us!. Out with the air Microphor and in with the Tecma Silence Plus. I think we may be certifed Marathon wire pullers now. Ran the 8g wire from DC panel thru ceiling and wire chases to the toilet room.
Mostly finished. Will pull toilet and tile as the footprint is a bit smaller on the new toilet. Will tile when we are home in the bus barn.
Tecma works like a charm!

Tom and Bill that will be the best upgrade you will ever do I have had two of them in my buses they are the best no trouble what so ever
Take a big hammer and smash the old one so nobody ever has a problem with that kind again LoL !!!!!

Looks like a nice upgrade. I have the electric microphor toilet and other than replacing the flapper gasket, I’ve not had any issues. I understand the air microphor toilets are much more maintenance intensive.

Tim, that is an understatement. We have had both Electric and Air Microphor. The Electric was trouble free for 10 plus years.
Peter, you and John & Cathy Lamb, are the main reason we have a new TECMA!

The first thing we did after buying our coach last May was to replace the old unit with a new Tecma. Had to get used to the three step flush cycle but the Tecma has worked great so far. I can deal with a lot of issues but not a broken toilet. Wife would not be happy for sure.
