There is just NO doubt that you should have been warned… in my honest opinion you don’t owe them a cent more than the agreed $80 a month…one reason I didn’t go with them was we had to take the bus to Stewart… and our bus only knows its way to Jeff’s..their installation fee and equipment to get their internet was astronomical.. why would anyone pay that much for a “limited” service when you you can get the same sevice at Verizon or AT&T in a nice little router that fits in the palm of your hand and works everywhere including in your car or home. Taking the “unlimited” out of the equation makes it useless looking at the big picture.
What they should do now is tell you that it is limited from here on out and throw the bills out… letting you decide what you want for future service.
Cheers Diane

Figured it out.
Can not use a GFI period. Will trip it as soon as the plug is attached.
On the regular outlet, 20 amp, I had to shut off the charger circuits and turn only one on after the power is connected.
It sucks about 22 amps (reading on the panel) but seems to be stable and won’t trip the breaker- yet….
I will monitor it.

I have noticed some service facilities are not capable or willing to speak to customers, especially when the customer asks hard (or easy) questions. I have asked Prevost service managers questions and in more instances than should be the case I have gotten bad information.
Some have gotten pissed because I got the sense they thought I was questioning their skills or knowledge. The most obvious example of that was when I questioned the Mercedes dealer about a minor problem I was going to take care of myself, but I have had a sense of that from a Prevost service center also.
As non-commercial owners we may not really care about the minutia, but we do have legitimate questions. My first step now is to pull up the service manual, operators manual or drivers manual from the Prevost publications page. If the answer is not there I will break down and phone Prevost.

Ok! We should be good to go now.
Dick, when we picked up our coach in Pennsylvania,I took a wrong turn and ended up on some rather harrowing secondary roads in Amish country that were best suited for horse and buggies. Ever since, I try to do as much recon as possible before we leave.
Tom, Barbie wants to thank you for suggesting the great Kenmore fridge you suggested. She likes it much better than the Amana!
Geo., we’re looking forward to Everglade City and spending time with our PC friends.
Thanks for the help guys, Happy Motoring.

Steve, he did not want to admit it but that is not aluminum paint, it’s Platnium coated.
He ran out of gold to plate with till his next shipment comes in.
That’s what he uses that bus for not to run moonshine but to run gold bullion, Thats why he lives in Knoxville, near Fort Knox, is that right, where is Fort Knox.

Very nice Mr. Jon,
I like that they slide together and are aluminum. The steel structure inside makes them very strong.. Thank you sir for sharing!!

We have to think of the wiggling and jiggling down bad roads as highway turbulence.

What for? I suppose if I wanted to light something up at night there is a value in having the spotlight but so far I haven’t run into the need.

Would be to talk to Jeff. He has a long time cabinet maker, John who is fabbing a custom couch for us. If you want to look at stuff to get ideas, then this is not what you want. But if you have a vision then he can probably make it.

Try what Bill said, that may work. If not, the cut-off’s are in your bay near the inverters. Mine are in the 2nd bay, driver side.
Not sure about the default whether it’s Marathon’s default or Trace.

I will believe the numbers if you show me they are 10,000 mile averages. There is absolutely no way a few refills will provide sufficient data to use to represent your mileage. There are so many variables, some of which can have a significant impact that only a long term accumulation of data can provide valid results.
I have a record of the miles and gallons for 25 years of coach ownership, spanning an 8V92, a 12.7 L Series 60 and now a 14 L Series 60 and I know for sure calculated mileage from tank to tank can have a very wide spread.
The message center display of mileage may or may not be accurate, but even if reset after every refueling it does not compensate for trips using or not using OTR, hills, headwinds, the weight of the toad or not towing, driving speed, point at which the fuel nozzle clicks off, etc. Until the variables are averaged the data is invalid.

Thank you for the replies.
Tom, referring to the “inverter disconnects,” are you talking about shutting them off at the breaker panel?
And if I reset the inverters via the “default settings” on the panel, I would think that the default settings have been established by Trace, not Marathon. Agreed?

At one time Marathon offered a push button air blast to clear the lens on moister and dirt. Another source of a AUX air leak. It is no longer offered.
Driving at night and depending on the rear camera is a challenge. Base on the angle it picks up lots of reflection making it a challenge.
BTW….Night is my favorite time to drive the bus.
