Charlie,
Like Geo said, Leon is the go to guy in Oregon at the factory for service. I’ve contacted him multiple times and he has access to all the electrical, plumbing & HVAC diagrams so he’s able to pin took t your problem fairly easily. If Marathon put it in, he knows how to access or fix it. First thing he’ll ask for is your coach number so he can pull the schematics.
The factory may be closed this week, but will certainly be open after next Monday.

Thanks, is there a list of PC members attending?
Just want to make sure we are on it.

It is possible someone during the history of the coach lost the personal code. Then they started using the master code, which over time may have been learned by others.
Easy cheap solution is to trade door lock modules with someone who has the same problem. Just don’t post who you will trade with here so the bad guys just follow the code to the next bus.

Ditto the Garmin 760, it’s the best. Even BA just took delivery of a 760 after being disappointed with a new Rand McNally.

Have not had a problem if you are a traveling construction worker. Most companies have a list of local camp grounds that I never had problem getting into. Some even have yards that you can have elect/water but have to call the sucker truck. Explore the availability. Also are you even sure you can park at home due to legal/association restrictions. Passport America has a list of camp grounds. If your looking for luxury only you will prob be out of luck around many large construction sites. I have a entertainer coach XLE–the extra wheel base teaches you to drive all over again. Only advantage to it is IFS steering that cuts down turning radius–suppose to a 40 ft equilvant. I’m still learing to use the extra steering angles. some sucess-it is a lot differant that straight axle. Sure is nice to go your traveling home to your own bed and no suitcase. The WSJ had an article in the last month about Millennial’s turning in their smart phones for flip phone. Because there they felt as if they were spending too much time in the virtual world and missing out on the real world!! John maybe beyond the cutting edge!! He could be on the bleeding edge!!! Just saying!!

thanks for all the input. I also can take a long 6% grade just under 50, and I drive normal cruise 60 – 65, so speed is no longer my thing (learned the hard way, but that is another story). I started looking more into this when educating myself on Detroit Diesels. I am an old gear head, but when it comes to Diesels I am out of my element. The research was indicating that the 12.7 DD 60 sweet spot was at 500HP for overall best performance and fuel economy. The specs are indicating my DD60 is standard at 400HP which is why I was looking for the extra bump. She does run great and I never had any heat problems running up the mountains or thru the desert here out west even in the hottest summer days.
this community has never steered me wrong, so I think I will keep with the advise and not mess with it. Maybe I will put my money in headlight upgrade instead because I can not see a dam thing at night, but that may also be because I am getting old.
Thanks again

Like I used to tell my customers: This is a Recreational Vehicle…if you’re in a hurry, buy an airline ticket!
Seriously, I was looking at a similar device for my EcoBoost F-150, but I finally came to the conclusion that Ford had produced my truck with a happy medium of good performance and good longevity. Maybe not so bad! I decided to leave well enough alone! But, hey….that’s just me!
