Help me with basic physics?

Total newbie, first post…
I am about to take a job that has me working out of town during the week. I have done this kind of hotel-during-the-week routine before and it gets old fast. To spice it up, I thought I would consider buying an RV to have a home away from home and not just a new hotel room each week. I have other uses for it, too (race weekend hauler/camper, longer term travel with the wife), so I thought this might be a way to kill a few birds with one stone and add a wrickle of adventure to this new job…
I will admit that I am only considering Prevost conversions. Prevost or bust. I don’t need slides (prefer to not have them, actually) and actually would prefer smaller. So 40′ XL preferably with Series 60 seems to fit the bill…
Except for this basic problem: can I get this thing into my driveway at my house?
I live in a neighborhood of dead end cul-de-sacs that sport normal ~20.5′ wide roads. My driveway is also a fairly normal ~112″ wide. There is about 6′ of “free space” on the side of the road before a swinging nose would hit anything. This area, with some permission from the owner, could be reinfoced with gravel. My driveway has about a foot of free space on the side that could be similarly reinforced. I may even consider repaving my driveway (it is a little old, anyway) a foot wider on either side if allowable by the town (we will save the discussion about town variances for having one of these on my property not in a barn for another time…).
Here is a diagram drawn to scale the best I could that shows what I believe to be the “parking arc” based on the turn radius data I could find (43′). My question to you all is: does this look accurate? Is 43′ the right turning radius spec? I drew this assuming the turning radius represents the tightest a portion of the bus will ever be to an arc, but I am not sure if in real world this is how the wheels travel, etc. (Brown is the free space, but not paved). Should I be modeling this with the mid point of the bus always on the arc? The rear tires? The front tires?
