    Tony,

I have only had Direct. We had it at the house and went with it in the bus for convenience and simplicity. I’ve had good results and they have a 24/7 help number for RV’s. I’m sure you will get a lot of opinions. They both seem to have PC members who prefer one or the other. I got the King Dome last year and it has been great.

Hello Tony, we live near you. Hope to meet you some time.

I use Direct because I am a big NFL Fan and I find they are the best in that area. Also, the fee is minimal if you have Direct in your home also.

Hope to to meet you on he road sometime.

I have had dish and direct when I had My house. When I switched from dish to direct I seen a big difference. I just left Je ff’s shop where His team of highly trained technicians installed a direct traveler dish and of course Direct T.V.I think the best!!!!!! Steve

We have had Comcast a the house while we still had a house and we went with Dish because they offered HD service and month to month RV service with no contract. We decommissioned the service about 6 months ago because we belong to the rare breed of people who do not watch much TV at all. For us having had to pay $75.00 per month for service we did not use was a waste of money. Furthermore, when we watch, we did and do usually watch a per per view movie and Dish limited us to a short list of movies to be watched on their schedule, which was not always the same as ours.

Now, we stream Amazon Prime movies (new @ an average cost of $5.00 and old at $0.00) and we could not be happier.

    Cheers,

    Ronald

Dish for about 7 yrs now.

Dish has “In motion HD” service, Direct does not.

When we’re not using the coach we put our service on “Pause” and cost goes down to <$6/mth.

    It is HD

Dish only needs to point at 1 satellite at a time for HD thats why they can provide HD service with a dome.

Direct has to point at multiple satellites at the same time for HD service and nobody makes a dome that can do that.

Rumor has it that Direct plans to do something about this in the future.
