Special Thanks to PC Community for Our New #592
After many months of searching, we will take ownership of 1999 Marathon Coach # 592 on 09/19/2016.
This moment would not have been possible without the help of all the PC members, advertisers, Jon and Tom .
We have learned so much and benefitted so much from the PC members we have met, from the members that
responded to our many posts, from the members we have not met yet but look forward to meeting that went out of
their way to call us and assist us in our search for our perfect coach. This really is a community. (Jim & Chris we
love you most and would not have gotten this coach without all your help. Since you are #593, are we related now?)
I would especially also like to thank George, Tom and Jeff Rowe, who answered all our last minute questions and for
keeping us from jumping off the ledge while we were in Baltimore looking at the coach this past weekend.
We are planning to drive straight to ETLC from Baltimore and have just signed up for the up coming Know Your
Prevost Seminar. Tom, we really need to park closer to you this time, because I already have lots of Marathon
specific questions for you.

John and Teri, we feel almost the same relief as you guys for finding the bus that fit all your parameters. We had a great time in Boston (still have some of your “weird” beer left) and look forward to seeing you down the road.

ETLC will not be the same without you. Where will you be next month?
The previous owner was a drag racer known as “The farmer”. We got to see all his racing pictures from his
1970’s scrap book.

If it wasn’t for all that you and Jon do for this site and all the members, we would not have taken this step.
Hopefully we will be able to pay it forward some day.
Looking forward to seeing you and Jon again next month at ETLC seminar. We learned so much at last
year’s, and got to meet some fantastic PC members. I highly recommend attending to all who have or are
considering a coach in the future.

Free advice……..If you intend for this coach to be a long term purchase spend the time and money to make it as perfect as possible. When you get through the pain of bringing it into the best condition possible you are going to have years of virtually trouble free enjoyment. And if you don’t have the maintenance logs, start them now.

Congrats…just aren’t many things more exciting that getting your Prevost motohome. I hope you enjoy yours as much as Dorothy and I have. I’ll confess, there’s a serious learning curve a-coming…at least for me. I was knowledgeable about main-stream coaches, but I got a real lesson in humility when I got my coach. These guys that have had ’em for years have probably forgotten what it was like…but it has been an interesting three years, learning about my coach….but, bottom line: we love this motorhome! Supremely comfortable, maybe a tad expensive to maintain, but get ready for gushing and MH-envy when you pull into a campground!
