I’m just shooting in the dark, but I had a problem with my inverters overcharging my batts ONLY when plugged into an old campground electrical service.

Florida DHSMV International 60 day permit . That’s all I could find out. Hope some one who actually has done it will chime in. My limited knowledge. Bob

Trucker brother came over to help with my brake problem. He drove to get a feel for the symtoms, then I drove a couple inches while he listened for the screech and felt the vibration in the right drive. Based on that, he thinks the front brakes are ok but cannot conclude until we put the right drive back together and drive again. After taking the right drive apart, drum and shoes are good somehow. I sanded both a little by hand. The slack adjuster was stuck sortof. It would push the shoes against the drum, but would not retract. And in trying to adjust it, could not. So, from Prevost ordered a new one $1111. I have Rockwell axles, and it takes a Rockwell slack adjuster, Prevost part number 641273. We tested the stroke on the rod coming out of the brake canister and found it to be proper.
Correcting my previous post: The parking brake acts on the drive axle AND the tag axle. The evidence being two air lines going to the tag brake canister.
I will post once more for closure on this thread.

Checking the operation of the solenoid valves is not a bad thing especially to determine which one actuates when you select the driving position. When a coach will not go to the driving height it is almost always the coil on the drive height solenoid valve that has failed, usually because that solenoid is always energized when driving.
But if you have selected the driving position and just the rear of the coach goes to the correct height for driving then the problem is unlikely to be the solenoid coil or valve. In that case verify the valve is functioning just by loosing the air fitting from it and listening or feeling for air escaping, and then go to the actuator on the end of the five port valve to verify it is getting air (there should be two?) and if it is then start looking seriously at that valve as the problem, unless the ride height valve has failed or has become disconnected. The fact you cannot raise the front manually or in the drive position almost rules out the ride height valve as part of the problem.

Everyone has a different tolerance level for risk. Because of that what works for me may not work for someone else.
I have mentioned our previous coach allowed us to go as far as 1800 miles between fueling stops and that was nice because we rarely fueled anywhere except at our local Pilot. We never had less than 50 gallons (theoretical) on board. Now as I learn our current coach I have established 900 miles as my limit between fuel stops. At 6 MPG and a 208 (theoretical) gallon tank I should have 50 to 60 gallons on board when we fuel.
I do not have the guts to wait for a fuel warning light and in over 22 years of ownership I have never seen one. But assuming the warning lights work and are reliable I can understand why some onwers would use that as a guide to when to fuel. I just lack the ability to let my fuel get to that point.
That’s my 2 cents.

The major leak came from the pressure regulator up high on the back engine compartment wall. I disassembled and cleaned it. The gasket looked ok so I reused it. It is holding air now. The other two leaks came from air line connections, one push in, the other flared. I also replaced one of the mini airbags but it looked pretty new, so I left the other harder to get to bags for now.

I know your story all too well. I hate to say it but I think driving test should be maditory every two years. 90% of the people on the road have forgotten what the drivers test manuals say about how to merge with highway traffic.

Tom,
Im in Mt Baldy and the bus is in Nashville. I agree with the others, looks like the top of a Rancor unit with the base sealed off

I used to start my generator like any other engine, when I heard it start I would let go of the switch and then most of the time, it would die. Then I had talked to the maker of my generator (Kohler) and he said, “Just hold the start switch until you see the voltage come up on the gauge and then let go” I use this method now and it always stays running.
