Ditto what John said, if you’re at 306, I would be 15 miles from you, unfortunately I’m in western NY right now.

Great service from Prevost, but they sure need the work right now.

Thought the death wobble was a Cherokee issue and not a Grand Cherokee issue?

I have no idea of the dates other than the Knoxville dealer the problems with some early 6 speeds was premature clutch wear.

The dealer can hook up to the transmission and via the internet Allison can actually measure clutch wear among other diagnostics.

    I don’t understand something. I’m awfully confused.

Why would have a pilot have to take a checkride with the FAA when he landed on a highway due to an emergency?

I didn’t have to. I think this guy is being taken for an administrative ride.

If he didn’t run it into the ditch or hit a car or rip the gear out from underneath it … what’s the big deal? Its just like landing on a really, really narrow runway.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if during this period of economic trouble that fuel discounts go away totally until things get back to some sort of a “normal” state.

Just went to the link at the bottom of the advertisement, same page as on the prevostcar.com promotions page. Did not see the steering & suspension promotions. What am I doing wrong?

Your number 1 is not completely true. Lithium titanate is even safer than lifepo4 and gas even higher rated cycles than lifepo4. Only issue is it’s higher cost ( and slightly lower specific energy).

as for slightly higher risk – the latest victrons whom do more with “lithium” than most any other company – their newest battery is NMC and not lifepo4.

other than that – good article write up.

Jeff, we put the “Mae West” bags on the front in an effort to gain a couple more inches. To do so you’ll likely need to drill a larger hole in the top mount to accept the larger diameter air inlet. Also you’ll need a larger (and thinner) lock nut.
