I did mine at 120M and found the same issues as Tom did. Rebuilt everything with updated parts.

The change in programming on Crestron is easy, IF you have access to the Crestron file that is on your coach

Six months is not too old. As long as they are the same date. Your warranty
will start with the install date.
I would get my tires through NTCS. A PC advertiser.

Yeah love the wood Harry. I guess folks back in the day used a lot of it. Mine is a pretty one also. Gonna hate to get rid of the workhorse.

Picture above shows the aluminum CAC with 7 year or 1M mile warranty.
That’s the one you should use if you replace.
Jon, I remember them being stacked as Mr. California wrote. Had stack set up on my 2000 Marathon H.
Don’t recall when Prevost made the side by side change.

There is approximately a 5 to one ratio for RO water. So unless there is something very wrong and the system is passing water continuously, the amount of water used and delivered to the holding tank is 5 times the amount of RO water used for coffee or drank, plus used for ice cubes. I do not know of any other use of RO in a Liberty.
The RO has a small accumulator tank, maybe a gallon in size and once that is satisfied no water will pass through the RO system.

Looks like a 3-link with a panhard rod. Upper trailing arm and lower leading arms. This is for chassis P741 through Y7045. Prior to that it was a parallel 4-link with a panhard rod.

Jon,
Were back in St. Louis and the Bus is thawing out. My son and I were able to track the line from the Tecma to the tank and it’s directly above the bay heater which we confirmed was working and keeping the bays around 59 degrees. I think I will pull the toilet and see what I can see from the topside. it does come very close to exterior wall but the crazy thing for me is that it appeared the blockage or freeze point was in the Tecma which is clearly inside the bus. I can’t believe it was ever even close to below zero inside…. We have been in Colorado with temps as low as 25 below with no problems in the past. This year we were about -20 a couple of nights…
My 14 year old son’s idea to solve the problem next year is to take one of the Marathon provided spare hot water lines off the main manifold and plumb the tecma with hot water… it could give the liberty rose petals a run for the money.

Tom,
We are not ready for new Li’s yet but I have been You Tubing this for a while and would like to know more and maybe the group about the RELiON and how it interfaces with existing systems. I have a couple questions though which would help me understand. They say the RELiON is plug and play solution.
I have six GPL 4D Lifeline Batteries (JQ) codes. Three set up for 24 volt and three set up for 12.
2000 Marathon XL Chassis – 270 AMP Alternator and 175 AMP Marathon installed alternator. 20K Generator original to bus. No changes to bus electrical systems since new.
1st – I have two 4000 watt Trace Inverters. They are set for factory Marathon charge settings bulk and float. So, would I need to change any settings on master panels for Trace Inverters? And if changes are required, how would I make them permanent so they are not erased during a reboot to default settings.
2nd – Would any new monitoring equipment need to be added. Right now house and chassis battery are monitored by Techlink and several current LEM Fluxgates Marathon added (Current transducers). Three monitoring 24VDC and three monitoring 12VDC in battery compartment. Will a new monitoring system using shunts be needed such as Victron or RELiON’s own system.
3rd – Alternator and generator charging – will any new equipment be needed to existing Prevost/Marathon setup to prevent alternators generators from just wanting to keep charging battery since I have heard Li’s will take whatever you throw at them.
4th – To get same AMP Hours I have now…. I understand with Li’s ….I can use less batteries. How many less?
To price Li’s I ask myself:
1. How long am I going to keep coach?
2. Do we live off grid for long periods and run off of batteries?
3. Etc….
Since most of the Marathons I my year have similar setup I would be interest to know in private email or to group what you think upgrade cost for battery bank would be and what it would entail.
There is just nothing out in You Tube space that address’s Prevost Conversion’s.
Thanks in advance
