I have the same problem with my Toll window. I bought a new regulator kit from Prevost the last time I was there. I have not come up with enough courage to tear into all the trim and remove switches and the trans key pad to install it.
In the meantime, I have learned, that mine will work if when I let it down, I do not stop it’s travel till it’s where I want it. Then, if I wait a few minutes, it will go back up….slowly.

Jon: Libery’s manual (circa 1999) outlines a procedure for winterizing the water system using RV anti-freeze which is pretty much what I outlined above. Upon our return from Florida a few weeks ago this is what I did (coach is outside, on east side of a large garage). There is pink anti-freeze coming out of every faucet, spigot, line, ice makers, shower, etc.
What’s your opinion on this method of protecting the coach?

We are very pleased with Jeff and all he has done for our members.
He answers questions on the forum, I know he is a much lower cost alternative to Prevost on chassis work such as air bag replacement, and for our seminars we are getting not only the use of his shop, the lifts, and the large area for parking, we are able to plug into his knowledge based on years of experience.
While our seminars are not going to do any more than brush against some converter information we also know Jeff will be available during breaks and after sessions to answer some if not most converter specific questions not covered in the seminars. It is a great deal for all of us.

My IFS in my 01 Liberty cost 45000 to bring it back to spec at 100K, I never paid a dime on any of the straight axle coaches.

Congratulations on owning Marathon Coach #409. We loved that coach. If my count is right, youre the seventh owner of the coach, and the second and fourth owners, who did the complete makeover in 2004 were the same people. In case you didn’t know, 409 was green, white and black on the interior originally. But I’m sure Steve B filled you in on the history.

Charles, always found Zip-Dee to be forthcomming. If you’re in the area their service is top-notch.

Not having information about the power requirements of your lights, my first reaction would be to stick with the original voltage.
Having said that however, some lights, LED in particular have wide voltage operating ranges, from as low as 6 volts to 30 volts. But unless you have that information I would suggest not risking the use of the 12 volt power supply.

Was just about to say does he do it by touch, then I read the rest of your post :)))

yours should have a combo slave air assist set up. I will check book later on your set up or you can go to prevostcar.com There is a complete section under tech manuals on clutches. Site hint stay left side then work your way down to page with tech manuals at top. Then you will see colum with year etc. don’t worry to much about it just put in style of coach. then go to maintance manual then check clutch. search.. when the option comes up to right click once and it will download to your computer. Pre 2000yr serial ## don’t get recognized sometimes as this is when they started the service. that is why the previous short cut idea.. Will be around board but physically down for next couple months. Getting another level of fusion in my back.
That slave /air assist cyl is $485 from prevost. I would get it rebuilt local. 45lb air suppose to be going to it. Bob

Phil,
I tried contacting you with no success, so here’s the outcome. In short, you can’t combine discounts to obtain an increase in percentage.
Tom – Ispoke with Wendy at the front desk and go a clarification from her as to what happened. He did in fact get a 10% discount. If you stay less than 7 nights, he receives a 10% discount from PC. If he stays more than 7 nights, he automatically gets 10% off his rate. He cannot combine the PC discount with the 10% he already received for the extended stay. Same with Good Sam, we offer 10% discount, which cannot be combined with any other discount.
Hope this clarifies this up. I do appreciate your bringing this to our attention.
