Has anyone else noticed that even though a no rally rally has no schedule or agenda, we seem to have one.
What is missing on the agenda is if Big Al is going to have a coach by then, and if he does when are we all scheduled to get the free tour along with some of Mary Ellen’s bloody Marys? I figure about 5 gallons of Bloody Marys would be just about right for 50 people.

Why would it not be possible to just buy the replacement end?
If the cable is about 70 feet long it is going to weigh a whole lot and shipping is going to be a problem if it exceeds the weight UPS accepts.

Chris the last coach I had was leak free aux air would hold for months and the prime and secondary for months also I changed every fitting to comp fittings and a lot of parts it is possible to get done, keep working on it

Red doesn’t even have slack adjusters on his coach and he is trying to get us to believe he is polishing them.
Red, you can fool some of the people all of the time and you can fool all of the people………..
This is the guy that would also like us to believe his Plymouth Viper is a real car.

Michael probably has a 5 speed and doesn’t have the level check from the key pad.
Michael – Check it hot, not cold. Checking it cold is just verifying it has fluid.

Talking about belts and tension, had my coach serviced last year at Prevost Houston and heading home (100 miles west) thing started heating up. 65 or 70 degree day. Pulling a Ford Edge. Pulled over a couple times and temp would go down to 175 degrees. Get her up to 65 MPH and would heat up. Called service manager back and he said might be radiator time. Took it to house and was gonna make appointment for next week for check. Had my Guru come down on another house electric issue and he found somebody had shut the valve in motor compartment that keep tension on belts. Flipped valve and have run it another 10,000 miles and stays under 195 in this 100 degree weather. Show you how smart i was, didn’t even know vavle was under there to flip and change belts. Thanks Justin Griffith, Granger Texas. If valve is completely shut in for belt change at idle will still cool just not up to speed. Belt will do the watusi but not bad.

I had it on the front of my bus when I bought it last year……it was scratched, foggy and looked horrible. I spent 4 days, 8 hours a day working to get it off. The same thing happened on my last coach and based on my experience I would NEVER use it again. When I put it on a new coach I bought it looked great for almost 3 years then the fogging started…..I would rather invest in a nice bra, which I just did, so I can put it on when we’re traveling and take it off when I arrive.

I would accept a small give however, like a 2016 X3, OTR 2 slides………………..

Daine,
Once we get the dinner cost and information, we’ll put up a sign up sheet. My understanding is the Vault Tour is something special and not accessible to the masses.

We want to be able to watch 2 different shows at one time and the 2nd receiver seemed to do that for us, plus it doubles the ability to record as many as 4 shows at one time.
Di likes the blood and guts shows and I tend to go for the chick flix.

Oh yeah, We had one, a 2000 1 slide. Good coach, at the top end for plastic stuff. 40′, 500 cat and steer tag.

The coach has not been started since mid April. I (Rynada) live in it because I travel. It has been plugged into shore power since that time. Everything works great. Glenn is checking the batteries again and the connections. I think after work we will go for some coffee and internet connection so Glenn can post to here regarding the system, hopefully like mentioned someone else will have a similar system. Again thanks for the help and more to come about the system.

How long has the coach sat without the engine being started? How many days?

Jon,
I only use my tire covers if I’m going to stay in a place for a while. For instance, while in TN, I have the tires covered because the coach is in the sun for about 8 weeks. I generally never use them when traveling.
We are getting ready to go to Asheville next week for a week and I will not put the tire covers on. I know that using the tires is the best procedure to keep the emollients mixed through the rubber.
My cars are usually never stored in the sun so no issues with the tires in that regard.
Safe travels,
Mark
