    Thanks Tom!

I’m only on my 3rd H in the last 6 years….but the one I have now IS my last one! Very satisfied.

I’m an ole trucker, iphone, OTR, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Led Zepplin, Allman Bros., Texas Blues……

Sorry I stirred this up again 🙂

Don’t carry them over the last 18-months on the road … wouldn’t have used them either.

I’m not sure if I’m one of the advocates you talk about, but I do have OTR.

Sounds like it’s a personal preference on leaving the belts aired up while parked an extended amount of time.

Harry, I have been to Jeff for various items and been very happy. Lets just say when I see Jeff checking the coach I feel good, that someone with his knowledge is on the Job.

Looks like you went right over where the bat-wing was located. Did you make a round or rectangular aluminium cover?

Heading back to Kansas where I’ll have a barn for this project … but seems like a no-brainer. The harder part will be to bring my antenna controller outside my rear closet to get easy access. But where there’s a will, there’s a way.

If your planning on boarding the Alaska Marine Highway ferry be sure to keep us in the loop. Or if your going up the Cassiar vs Alcan either one be sure to get a copy of the Milepost book

Congratulations to Jan on and Tom for creating such a fantastic helpful forum. Well done!!

    Mike,

thanks for the info. Is this something any big RV service place can do? Is it a nightmare having to remove tons of stuff to get at it?

    thanks

    As a follow-up,

Checked all my bay compartments, per Tom’s recommendation, to ensure no lose wires. They were all good so the problem isn’t there.

Then checked wiring diagram and noted that Relay R71, rear compartment-driver’s side, controls the dash lights for the door locks. Changed out Relay but still no change.

Called Prevost Action Service who said that there is also an “F5” fuse which controls this as well. However, at least on my coach, the “F5” fuse is labled “Airdryer” so this can’t be related.

However, this problem is not enough of an issue for me to pay Prevost to fix it, so I’ll live with it for now …

Uno. I knew the original owner. See it when it was brand new when the old fella came by my shop/yard and showed it to me back in 1992. He passed and I bought it from his wife. I’ve owned it going on 7 years.

Linda, door seal design changed, from flatter design to “puffy” style for better seal…Prevost has it in bulk, cut to size for your specific coach VIN….why you got different sizes(?) not sure…

I am also interested in knowing. My seal is aged and needs to be replaced.
