Located near PA Turnpike and Lancaster/Reading route 222.
Overall Structure is 68′ x 88′ Pole Barn
Bus Bay 20′ x 88′ ( I can fit the Prevost and 26′ stacker) I wish the bay was 24′
Slab 6″ with 10×10 w.w.f. , 6 mil poly, 2″ rigid insulation, 3/4″ plex tubing, 4000 psi fiber reinforced concrete.
Finish Metalic Epoxy
Overhead doors 14′ x 14′ ceiling is 20′
full hook-up for the bus on both sides of the bus bay.
(2) exterior 20′ x 50′ concrete pads with full hook-ups on each side of the barn (6″ with 10×10 w.w.f., 4000 psi fiber reinforced concrete)
The siding is metal all concealed fasteners
The roof is standing seam metal
The driveway is 4″ of blast rock and 8″ of 2a modified limestone.
Installed a whole barn backup generator.
Installed reels for air and pressure washer in the bus bay
I’m less than 15 miles from Elite Coach which does all the Prevost bus maintenance.
I feel VERY BLESSED to have this barn. I got lots of suggestions and ideas from this community. I also had dozens of conversations with guys who have bus barns to help refine my barn. Happy to help anyone I can!

Going down the same rabbit hole as you after I get home from my current trip.
Plan on disconnecting most of the Aux lines in the steer compartment and using a custom made quick connect to each one with the shop compressor to try to find my final leaks (so I can say I stop them all, then start over again LOL).

Me, too. 2017 Lincoln MKX, left turn, death wobble, stopped and it never happened again. I do have an unrelated issue with the torque converter needing to be replaced since it no longer locks up and throws codes for that. Seems like an odd failure on a car with only 70k miles that tows really well.

Moved one of my cabinets in front of the others and moved the fridge to finally install the shower. Custom concrete shower pan turned out perfect. Hopefully tomorrow will get the Ditra membrane installed so I can start tiling. Planning on some small rectangle blueish square tiles going from the floor up the side wall and up the ceiling. Then the other sides with some larger tiles. Also planning on adding some fiber optic cables and doing some cool lighting in the tiling.

Art, the big red handles are great. Quite often the pins are very hard to get out unless I take our jeep out of tow mode and move it forward a bit, with the handles it is much easier to twist, wiggle and get them out without moving the jeep. I carry the old ones as a backup, along with extra cables, plugs, hose etc for the tow system. The red handles are worth every penny.

Mine came off real easy, maybe 10 minutes everything was apart including drilling out the rivets. I can bet if yours are bubbling you have heavy corrosion on the back side. I dropped mine off at the sandblaster this morning.

Some part numbers are available in the manuals, assuming your bus came with one.
I also just look at the existing part and grab numbers from there. Then you start to build collection of part numbers. I usually buy two when I buy one regardless of what it is. The exception would be like a water heater or something. But small parts that are hard to find or could cause a break down, I buy two.

The CerboGX is insanely useful and probably the most impressive device I’ve bought in a while. I have 2 separate inverter systems (12v and 48v) on my bus and have 2 of these both with screens. I just realized they’re waterproof so about to put the 2nd screen outside next to my 50a outlet so I can quickly switch the input limit or check things. They even make a weatherproof cover.
I just setup victron grafana app so i can build custom dashboards on a screen with all the info. plan on setting up tank monitoring soon.
Love being able to monitor all my power consumption and even change settings all from my phone from anywhere.

I do not, I use AAA. I had to tow only once the day i brought the bus home, saved me over 2K. I think they might have a towing cap by now though.
