The program sounds great. Flying J and Pilot typically are higher priced than others, but I still use them becuase of the convenience of an easy in and out of the fuel lanes and ability to pump fuel quickly. A discount and not having to go inside would be a big improvement.

By the way, Sid posted on the POG site about the upcoming fuel discount program on PC. It is still on the POG site.

I did mine bought lite bulbs put them in I like them not much power to run them marathon wants a lot of money to change them out you my be able to do it your self if you want

First, the wiring looks great! It would appear that someone paid particular attention to detail in crimping, the use of heat shrink and neat running of the cables.

So, you now know these are mystery devices that ensure the each half of your 24V battery bank is sharing in the supply of the necessary 12V loads. Without an equalizer you would be draining one half of your bank much more so than the other and likely over charging one half over the other.

I’m surprised by the installed capacity of your equalizers. Having 2 100A units in parallel gives you 200A of 12V service. Given your inverter loads are not 12V, that’s a huge amount of 12V service!

Wanna hear the good news as you struggle with check valves and replacing air lines?

In the not too distant future I can almost bet you will be offering suggestions and advice to new owners. We have seen that many times over.

I hit a piece of metal going around a curve in South Dakota. Nice welcome traveling into their state.

Tried a couple of foam types to repair. The one I settled on was the yellow in a red spray can sold at Home Depot, Lowes.

Used an old pair of gloves to move it around in cavity building the base and then adding some volume to existing. As the stuff expands while curing as I’am sure you know..

After an overnight cure I had to touch up a few spots so the coverage blended to existing thickness.

Used an old hunting knife for trimming excess where needed.

Flat Black spray paint for several coats seemed to be pretty much the color of choice.

After you drive in a rain storm the repair is no longer visible.

Thanks to Tom. If he had not given me the idea for accumulator placement I would still be scratching my head.

I did not want to use elbows, but with the severe space limitations the braided vinyl hose would kink when I made the bends so I reluctantly created the copper fittings. I tried to get barbed hose fittings but they had smaller inside diameters than the copper and one thing I learned is the Headhunter toilet not only needs pressure behind the water flow, it needs as much volume as possible so I had to eliminate kinks that might limit flow.

Now if the Mach 5 quits we will not have to share a toilet seat with 10,000 of our closest friends.

BTW, for those who are contemplating a similar back up the system pressure is 40 PSI cut in, 60 PSI cut out. The 120 VAC Shurflo back up pump was selected for having that pressure range. The braided tubing is rated for 125 PSI and it swells up more than I am comfortable with. It may be fine, but I need to either get confident is it OK, or I need to change it to pipe or tubing or hose that has a greater upper pressure limit.
