Tom, had all 3 a/c’s going and am sure fridge was running and maybe a few other small loads, not sure. Marathon told me at one point few days ago when I had a issue with Techlink that when they set up the trace inverters they had them built to Marathon specs with a few chips inside (iirc) so am wondering if I reset the Traces to factory default does it get me back to how Marathon wanted in from the factory?

Will be back home tonight and can sort out generator easy, can hook up to shore power but only 15 amp…so that will probably only be enough to run very light loads and hopefully charge the house.

I will get alternator tested this weekend and hope it is just the regulator.

Well I found myself in Walmart Saturday and walked out with a Samsung 46″ LED Smart TV for $548. I cannot say how big a difference it makes! The installation did take some time. Handmade brackets and drilling of the stock frame as well as some black painted trim but the end product looks like it has always been there. I will get Marathon to reprogram my remotes at some point. This week I will likely shop for its little brother for the bedroom.

The primary is the rear brakes. I would far rather lose my front or secondary brakes if given the choice so maybe that is how they got named.

Does a plastic flare pistol get you beyond any gun laws? Can they be effectively used as a last resort weapon or would you just burn a hole in his shirt before setting your coach on fire? Just curious…

“Also, avoid Washington DC if you have any firearms,
ammunition, high capacity magazines, or even spent cartridges. Mere
possession of any of the aforementioned items is a felony.”

I try to avoid Washington DC if I have a pulse 🙂

As for the “unplanned stop” will traveling through
certain states. Yes, that can be an issue, but there is plenty of case law on
the books that do cover that.

Being able to legally possess a firearm does not
mean having a carry permit in the majority of the states. That and
a lot of the gun-friendly states (read conservative/Southern) are not
publishing their carry permit DB’s for other non-gun friendly (as in them
northern liberal and left coast hippy states) to search through.

Now from my growing up in Massachusetts, I recall I had to have
a “license” from the local police that I would use to go buy a gun.
That license didn’t mean I owned a gun, just that I was allowed to go buy
one. From my 16 years in California, at first there was simple a waiting
period, then you had to take a “test” (well since I was certified law
enforcement, I just needed to show my proper paper work and didn’t need to take
the “test”) then the waiting period. That makes you legal to
possess the firearm. Georgia is the easiest, without a carry permit
you simple go buy a gun and they do a standard background check on you. With
the permit, they sell you the gun with no background check. So with that said
in any of those three states, there is still no database that says I “own” a
gun, just that I am legal to possess a gun.

It would take someone doing something seriously wrong to have a
police officer want to go through a locked safe. Well that or having Florida
license plates in Maryland or Delaware 🙂

I never ever pull in or back in to any parking sight without walking it first including concrete slabs.

You’re seeing 69 amps because some of the sources are being doubled by both circuits running through the transformer. Mine did the same thing, micro 15 amps on inverter, 30+ on gen or shore. Water pump 7 amps on inverter, 15 on shore or gen. Actual amps not to exceed are probably around 40 on each leg.

    Tom,

Did you measure that yourself? Seems low.. My 07 is 13’4″ to the same spot… I didn’t actually measure it but that is what Leon told me and so far I haven’t hit anything on the roof except for 3 of my 4 awning sensors but those were stupid trees that were unavoidable…

    Tom,

We have a different dispenser in our 07 but I was having issues with clogging as well… so i cleaned it all out pulled it off the bus and switched to hand sanitizer and haven’t had a problem since… so you might try that as well.

Trukster: Pete, EJ, Dan, Jo, Ed, Sandy , Me and Micki stayed at Polson Mortor coach last September and liked it and would go back. If the Motorcoach side is full up – ask about the adjoining KOA. We toured Glacier while there – it was a good hour and half ride as I recall. We were able to get a spot with the outdoor kitchen and ate several good meals while there. We had a big time.

I called Roger and got directions to the park in Papillion, Nebraska and it is pretty close to Omaha. It is called Walnut Creek Recreation Area Campground. I went to look at it today and is pretty nice. There is no water or sewer at the sites but it has several 50 amp spots and all the spots are concrete. There were several big rigs in there. It is $16 per night but it is first come first served.

Thanks, Roger. It was nice to talk to you.
