Thanks, Truk for the photo upload look great
Teton High School is on the north side of town. Going north on ID Hwy 33 you’ll turn right onto Ross Ave, likewise heading south from Tetonia, you hit north edge of Driggs and turn left onto Ross Ave. Three blocks east there’s a right/left curve as street jogs. Several more blocks tho, take care going slow,THERE are several DIPS, not bad if your going less than 15 mph. High school is on left. First left turn will take on you on the west side of building to the “Student Parking lot”. That’s our site. It’s about 180ftX240feet We can have access to the building for restroom/showers, but we would need a “count” of people who would like locker room access and then I would find out the cost. So there you go. Can’t wait for 2 minutes and 18 seconds of the eeriest dusk lit illumination you’ll ever experience in the shadow of the Grand Teton!

Unless you have pressing obligations, I would recommend Prevost Ft. Worth. They have done a lot of great work for us, including servicing our OTR AC.

How old were the batteries? Did you replace them with Lifelines?

I believe Jon’s previous post is the correct way to use park water. I don’t rely on an external or internal regualting device. Turning the spigot on and refilling the tank every couple of days is a small price for peace of mind. Geo.

Look what can happen to a 73,000 pound Rotator wrecker that blows a front tire at Highway speeds. The driver was ok. We don’t know how fast he was going or how old the tire was, but these trucks do not run a lot of miles, so the tires could age out. My neighbor bought this one new and sold it in 2011 with 6,000 miles on it. He had already changed out the front tires because as far as he was concerned, they had aged out. This truck carries 26,000 pounds on the front end. He ended up buying a twin-steer rotator, so he would could reduce the weight per axle up front. It actually turns better.
It broke his heart to see this. He keeps his trucks in immaculate condition (mechanically and cosmetically), and even though he sold it 5 years ago he still kept track of it through the two latest owners.
Just goes to show how fast bad things can happen.

Top one is Dean’s new twin steer. The bottom two are of the one he sold.
I always tell him I love his wrecker’s , but I just never want to need them.

Thanks folks. I really love the pillow top queen I have in my S&B. I’m going to try to take it with me when I leave.

My coach is #526 which is close to yours and it uses a composite video RCA plug.
The only older “screw-in” interface would be VGA. The Pyle display might have direct VGA input. If not just get a VGA to composite converter. They are cheap.

Tim,
So far we have set one AC on 77 when we store it at the house. Will have to see how it works when the temperatures get up there.

I am looking at it from a safety point of view, especially when I see one along side of the bus. And for the miniature size the fuel mileage is terrible. If I am careful I can almost reach the Smart car mileage with my Corvette.

Thank you Peter and Jon for your responses.
During the past month of service people being under the coach for service I have had the rear tanks opened twice and little moisture and very little oil purge from the tanks. The coach air dryer is doing its job and the Norgrens seem to be doing their job. I am used to having a pull chain release on my wet tank so I could purge after each trip, but not so on the XL.
Peter, thanks for spending time with me last week to explain the method of checking , check valves between tanks. None of the service people who have been under my coach has ever talked to me about this, though I have questioned my R-12, 14, and check valves in my system, no testing was ever discussed with me. My 65 MCI was so simple.
As we live in and are more atuned to the coach and its sounds, I am leaning toward the Aux air system check valves as problematic. With the aux compressor which is a Galt off and the air bleeds out in about 2 hrs time the next is the tag axle pressure drop and the sounds of the weight shifting to the drive axle as the TAG begins to lift a bit. I know about the R12/14 replacements, and I would like to assemble the needed system check valve and have all on hand to replace the probable oringinal valves as I continue to zero out our 97xl.
TNX again to all who have responded to all us newer Prevost owners questions!

If you know your filter numbers or the filter system in your coach, try going to http://www.filtersfast.com They have a routine for delivery of replacement filters which is selectable by you and can be cancelled or revised to suit your filter needs. I have, as Jon calls it, a classic coach. That just means old with a water filter system installed by a previous owner and updated by the current owner several years ago. The system is a “Culligan AC 30 Good Water” system.
I just got a three filter replacement set to install prior to departure next Thursday.
