We tow a 14 Jeep Grand Cherokee as well as a 14 Ram 1500.

They both set up and ftat tow with a push of a button and are true 4 wheel drive. With the 8 speed transmission we get between 20-25mpg depending on speed. No speed or distance limitations when towing to cool transmission. No fuses to pull. Just hook up, put in neutral with your foot on the brake and push the neutral button. That easy!! Same procedure to go back in gear when unhooking.

No issues in the 7 years that we have towed them. I installed my own base plates to limit the tow hook holes in the fascia. I’ve seen some pretty ugly work out there. There are ways to hide the hookups without drilling holes in the bumper. So when not towing, the front is very clean.

Now put a recharging diesel generator like a locomotive and you have a Coach that runs for longer than a my bladder can hold out. We are getting closer to my prediction of a Coach that runs like a train locomotive. Michael

When we had a three axle alignment at Prevost Jacksonville on the suggestion of the late Peter Campbell, the tech who did it (can’t remember his name, was from Quebec) had the same conversation with me that Jon just shared above. Made a WORLD of difference in how the coach drove. He also replaced the tie rod ends.

So … how often should we have the three axle alignment done?

I have removed two in motion sats from both my coaches and installed a traveler on both.

    They worked really great.

I had one and they are problematic. The biggest problem is water in the cylinders that never get drained. I don’t blame the tech, it will likely be a nightmare if he tries to open since it’s not been maintained.

You guys just have to realize I am going to stop trying to get blood from a stone.

Tom doesn’t just keep all the dues money, he spends it as soon as he gets it. Recently it was a new RV, now it is a new house. I think the next in the sequence is a car or two and then the cycle starts all over again.

What I have to do it latch on to the dues money before it hits Tom’s pocket. So far, no luck.

We have traveled with 2 to 4 cats fulltime for over 20 years. They are excellent companions and, since all the know if the bus, are very happy in their surroundings. All of them have been inside cats except one who loved to go outside and wore a harness and lease when he did so. He got very excited as soon as the harness came out of the drawer!

Just find a good place for the litter box (I have seen them is some specially engineered locations and outside in storage bays with entry ports in the living area) that’s out of the way but easily accessible and everything else will take care of itself.

I have the newer model, only use it when power is questionable. Not an EE but there is not much in side to go bad. I would use it.

Dang, I may have to buy a couple of coaches to put in the rental program, if I just had a lot in Key West.

I know Key West is very pricey but 39,500 a week is way beyond my budget, maybe Jon or Tom will try it out and let us know how it is.

I’am thinking the jury is still out on the Rettro Band.

Watching the Michelin video shows what happens when air is lost on a steer axle tire. Driver still needs to act on pushing the correct pedal.

Note the Rettro Band parts to complete the band installed on rim inside your front axle tire.
