If the manufacturer of the product claiming a 14% increase in mileage wants to prove that claim to our almost 4300 members I will repeat the year long test I did previously on another product making the same claim.
They can be assured they will get a true, fair test with a well established benchmark of data relating to fuel consumption. I have the records showing every single gallon of fuel ever added to my coaches, I have the dates and mileage, and I drive at a consistent speed and have for decades so I will be able to note any changes in mileage as a result of the additive.
In the previous test which took a year to complete I added the product according to the instructions and at the end of the year the change in MPG was zero.
The best fuel additive is more fuel. Run the coach a lot, refuel at busy locations, do not store the coach for extended periods in high humidity locations, especially with temperature swings, and if the coach is stored keep the fuel tank full.
Anyone can make claims, and if anyone is looking for a documented test provide me with the additive and in at least a year or two I will provide all the data needed to prove or disprove the claims.

I would just affirm what everyone has said.
Jeff and his crew know their business. They have rebuilt the front cabinetry and mounted a new TV, replaced our washer and dryer, both inverters, satellite dish and associated HD cabling, and all routine maintenance.
I’m sure the Goodlettsville Prevost does good work, at least I sure hope so since they rebuilt my front suspension, but you are just another number to them. I had an appointment for a 3 axle alignment and it was 48 hours before we were back on the road with a damaged front seat.
Jeff will answer any question you may have and not take advantage of a novice like I was or am?

I think your confusion is coming from the 9 and 10.5 – these are not hub sizes, they are the width of the wheel.
Both width wheels come in versions that are designed to be mounted on two different types of hubs and lug stud/nut combinations.
One style depends on the hole in the center of the wheel and the outside diameter of the hub to center the wheel, the wheel facing side of the lug nuts on that style is flat.
The other style depends on the tapered lug nuts and conical holes in the wheel where the studs come through to center the wheel.

I’m sure am in a minority on this and I may be a minority of one, but it really bothers me that “drivers” are doing as suggested above. It will not be long before that practice will be combined with a lane change warning or control system, at which point nobody will be driving the coach.
As planes became designed to do what pilots were supposed to be doing (because pilot skills were eroding due to those systems) the loss of pilot skills gave us 737 Max airplanes and incompetent pilots.
I am convinced these systems as used above are going to contribute to the erosion of driver skills.

You can loosen the big nut undir the main arm and the whole assembly will swivel on the mounting bracket.
To move just the mirror head (the glass part) loosen the allen set screw in the ball joint on the bottom of the mirror and it will tilt and rotate.
Then you can play with the electrical movement of the glass itself.

I did get an invoice for the fuel purchases and the total savings were 126.50 and the took 12.65 commission. Still came out way ahead of the game with an average cost of $2.75/gallon. It would have been lower but one of the stations retail price was $3.48/gallon! Ouch!

You said something important that you determine the distance.
In the bus it’s pre set by Prevost and the only way to change the distance between vehicles is thru parameter setting which needs a upper level clearance to change.

My thoughts exactly Les !! Think I`ll get a magnetic sign like the trucker for traveling. Having too many near hits lately.

As was mentioned before, it sounds like a GFI outlet issue. Track down all your GFI outlets and push the red reset button on all of them. Don’t forget the ones in the bays.

we are seeing coaches that are 8-10 years old that have been for sale s very long time. Another lending source we used in the past said an 2009 era coach was considered “old!” Those from 2003 priced from the 300’s and up don’t seem to be selling probably for that reason. Can’t get financing. Regardless of age, no one will loan to us

Interesting. I really need to get to one. Thanks.

Take the back roads Tom. Bobbie and I did it last year with no problems. South of Thermopolis you will drive through the Wind River Canyon. BEAUTIFUL. Look for a picnic/parking area half way through on the southbound side. Stop for pictures and a close look at the sheer rock walls. We overnighted in Casper at the Rivers edge RV park right on the North Platte River

This morning I was perusing the daily email through some of the Love’s locations I have used in the past and will probably use later this year and I found a stunner.
Prices in California are going to be tremendous!
Keeping perspective, we are still paying too much for something that, all things being equal, we should be paying less than two dollars for, but saving 60+ cents a gallon is nothing to sneeze at in California. Makes me feel like I am breaking the law in California. Next thing you know I will be a regular criminal and go 57 MPH up the 99 while pulling my car.
