im told there is a “drop-down to list you coach on for sale page. Not seeing it. We’re ready to list the bus.

Does this mean you are a member of the two bus club at the moment?

One thing is for sure, whoever buys your bus is very fortunate indeed. Jim and Chris have been a help to me almost from the day I bought my bus (thanks for the introduction Jon). They suffered through my stupid questions and always said “Don’t hesitate to call if we can help” and they meant it!
To say they know a lot about the workings of a bus is to say “God didn’t make little green apples and it don’t rain In Indianapolis in the summertime”! Hey there could be a song in that somewhere? My point is, if you want that style of bus I doubt there are many who have taken better care of a bus than they have!
This is no paid political announcement, this is just the facts!!! Thanks for your help and friendship, you’re the best…

Awe shucks Harry. Thanks. Our bus has gone to a new home in just four days advertised. Got a cal last Thursday. Our buyer arrived Saturday morning. We spent two days going over the entire Coach. They left for home with it yesterday, and I hear they joined PC. Safe travels

Congrats guys, that was a fast sale, less than 10 days on the market. Says a lot about the sellers method of taking care of a bus.
Now the hunt begins….

Well, I guess it’s good. We are bus less now Drove to Phoenix today to look at an H. Too rough. We were warned, but were willing to take on a project. $100,000 project was not for us. So now onto Eugene. I suspect, since we are self employed and don’t have two to one liquidity on hand as certain banks require we will be busless for some time. So, was it a fast good thing our coach sold quickly maybe not. We thought we could rebound into another easily. But, we are in that donut hole of pricing. I’m 😞 sad

looking for early 2000 H3-45 with at least one slide, but two is OK. With six figures to put down, it’s amazing we have been turned down for loan because we are self employed

Have you tried Incredible?
I know they have age limits but I have to believe there is considerable value to a down payment as you mentioned.

Jon. Brad M of Incredible was the first turn us down. Claiming we didn’t have twice as much assets(cash on hand). 2 to 1 liquidity to cover loan if were to be “called”. If we had $$$ on hand sitting around, why would someone apply for a loan at s higher interest than their investment. Seabrite was next. No more patience.

I’m sorry to hear that for two reasons. It makes ownership more difficult for the many people who would like a Prevost conversion. But it also has the ability to drive down selling prices because the ability to finance a coach or find a buyer with cash shrinks the number of potential buyers.

Years ago I owned a seafood processing company and was in business many years as a Sole Proprietorship. The business got to the point where I needed what is known in the industry a “Stein Processing Line” which was then and is still today the best of German engineering. It’s pricey to say the least and didn’t take long to turn down my request for financing.
My CPA told me at the time this would happen and said I’d have a much better chance as a corporation. I filed papers and became a corporation, re-filed for financing and was approved two weeks later. Nothing had changed in my business financially just sole proprietor to corporation. Nuts right!
Have no idea if that would or could pertain here, or if you’d want it if it did. Just passing along what happened in years past.
I sure hope this all works out for you and Chris, your frustration is obvious and understandable.
