On a Liberty XL I had the previous owner removed the double glass on the driver side and installed single pane safety glass, it was great.

Thanks all. I have found somebody in Denver to take a look at it, and will share your thoughts.. He sounded very familiar with the Prevost electrical systems, and said this was a rather unusual sounding issue.

Not true Hish.
First, I am not sure why some Liberty owners resist using the pump when city water hook ups are available since the coach was designed to operate properly using the pump. But if your only reason is that a failed pump will prevent you from flushing the toilet on city water on your coach then there are two things to consider. First, the problem may be that the accumulator tank has lost its air charge. If you allow the water system to pressurize, and then turn off the pump and city water supply you should be able to open a faucet and see water run for a couple of minutes. If not you have an issue with the accumulator pressure.
But if the accumulator is pressurized and you cannot get a flush you can add a second small pump for back up along with an accumulator dedicated to the toilet. The small pump will allow you to use water such as a shower and the accumulator in concert with the pump can allow the toilet to flush.
I added a small Shurflo pump and accumulator tank for back up to the Headhunter pump. With my system pressurized and all pumps turned off my toilet will do a complete flush with my back up system.
The small Shurflo is in parallel with the Headhunter pump and I can isolate either one with the shut off valves.
I placed the accumulator tank in the cabinet beneath the sink (this is before I replaced the shelf and secured everthing) and it feeds the water line directly ahead of the flush valve. It cost me some storage space in the sink cabinet but it was the only logical place to get the greatest pressure and flow into the toilet flush valve.
I think I have less than $250 invested plus a bunch of time.

Tom I have felt you pain before, and as you say use silicon on the fitting. I didn’t know that I could move that fast either, and your correct a lot of fun was had at my misfortune.

Now the hard part……….putting those receipts in a format that shows continued maintenance on schedule and the scope of the updates.
Since it was zeroed out less than 5 years ago a buyer should have little to do other than to continue on schedule with the maintenance program.
Are you going to make Natalie do the waxing, washing, cleaning, etc?

If you are planning a rally at Hearthside make sure you get a waiver of the 10 year rule in writing. We did everything we could except stand on our head and spit dimes to get that provision waived for a PC rally and they refused. That meant the rally was only available to owners of coaches 10 years old or less. They were at the time immovable and we had to cancel the rally.
That meant rivet coaches and H coaches with 4 windshields would be turned away. The ironic part was that we knew of site owners at Hearthside that owned coaches that did not meet their own rules regarding age. Hearthside is inconsistent in their enforcement. But they are not the only resort that enforces the 10 year rule despite having owners whose coaches are outside the allowable limits.
Don’t waste much time or money on this until you learn if you can get that 10 year waiver. Let us know. You seem confident you will be able to do something we could not do..

Dan and Barb, if your two 30 amp to one 50 amp adapter is a “cheater box” as I suspect, and you plug each 30 amp end into a unique 30 amp supply, then YES you do have 30 amps available on each leg of your 50 amp outlet end of the cheater box.
As has been discussed you can have 60 amps total, but only 30 amps per Line 1 and Line 2. On a true 50 amp/240 volt shore power connection, that total is 100 amps but again only a max of 50 amps on Line 1 and 50 amps on Line 2.
You need to be aware that if you have 240 volt appliances (dryer and possibly electric cook top), plugging in to two discrete 30 amp connections may or may not (most likely not) provide 240 volts to those appliances. To verify you would need to use a VOM to check the voltage between Line 2 and Line 2.

Even though super singles are about 18 inches wide (445/50×22.5), dual 315/80×22.5 have a patch that is about 25 inches wide. And I think duals are safer. Also it’s easier on the hardware to skid a skinnier tag, and twist the steers. Like Jon, Porsche doesn’t put in a spare, they put in a bottle of slime and an aux air compressor as the rears are twelve to 13.5 inches wide.

Air to the engine air bags was off so I can work…always before I start the coach I let aux air into the system (yellow valve / switch under driver seat compartment) to inflate the engine air bags, avoid belt skipping at startup.
