Not saying this is your issues, just some info to consider.
I have worked with a few customers in the past that all said they had a bumpy ride at 65mph. One of them even spent a week at Prevost. They adjusted air pressures, checked alignment, replaced ball joints etc. All of them turned out to be a tire balance issue.
So if all else fails, might have a look at that.

Jim, it is a very good chance it is your check valve. BoaterAl used to have the part. numbers and source info. I changed my check valve just after I got my coach, but didn’t put that info in my logs. The check valve looks like an elongated fitting screwed in the inlet to the regulator.

“Most of the time my wife is complaining it’s too cold with just 2 [roof airs] on in addition to prevost dash air.“
So you removed the OTR A/C compressor and replaced it with a smaller one, just to run the driver AC ? And you run the genset to run the roof airs ?

Thanks for the good advice. I will get some new batteries.
What type/brand would be the best?

The Converter was “Kingston Coach” by Bill Kingston. The generator is a 15KW Wrico International. The generator engine is a Kubota. The 8 coach batteries don’t seem to hold a charge very long, so they are constantly needing to be recharged even I am not using much juice. A couple small LED lights, and a little window fan. However I was running the original Dometic frigerator on DC, because when I put it on propane it was making a clicking noise and the propane sensor alarm went off a couple times. Then the refrigerator wasn’t working at all. At least on DC, it seemed kinda cool, not cold, that is until the batteries run down.

Contact Miles Circo in Florida, he has all the CC paint codes but I don’t know from what date ranges. I don’t have his contact info anymore but I’m sure some one on PC has it.
Also as stated above Prevost might have been painting certain year ranges.

Are you asking how to remove the fenders?

Jon, thanks that’s not what I wanted to hear.

I think the OP is Dr. G from New Jersey.
Some of the Class A manufacturers went out of business. Monaco for example was a HUGE manufacturer. Filed bankruptcy. Former high end salesman told me the bankruptcy was really big. The carcass (banking term) was traded around and is now owned by The Rev Group.
Liberty, Marathon, Millennium, and Featherlite survived economic downturn as Prevost converters as Jon indicated. Volumes were low, I suspect some of the contracted buyers couldn’t consummate the deals and the converters got hung with unexpected inventory.
Prices of used coaches were soft. But many of the owners were in a position they could hold their coaches through the downturn. We bought in early 2014 as prices were firming.

Thanks everyone,
Yes, my web site is still in development. I’ll be working on that this week as well as a comprehensive list of what to expect in a inspection.
