insulation ?? Your radiator beside your

engine???
took out old insulation, not sure how to

put new insulation back in with out pulling

engine.

I pulled the genny completely out when I did mine.

Thanks Don, I have taken all old insulation out, replaced all water lines. Looks like I’ll have to pull engine. I’ll do that another day

I removed bolts to generator air bags and lifted the generator from the coach.

I then used a grinder to cut the welded pieces on the slide to allow my slide to be removed from the base of the slide. Several people said there was a bolt at the end that when removed allowed the slide to come completely out. This was not so with my slide as instead of putting in a bolt in the hole at the end of the slide they welded a piece across the back of the slide.

I can now clean all the slide parts and repaint the slide to prevent future corrosion.

The roller bearings in the slide were all gummed from years of heat and grease. I removed them and dropped in a bucket of diesel fuel and years of debris slowly eased out of them. They now turn freely.

I am slowly fitting soundown to the bay.

the results is going to be a shiny bay not like the old greasy foam that lined the bay before.

Hello,

Yes, the heat wrap on the exhaust is filled with fiberglass and can be a skin irritant. I know because I use to install them at Royale Coach.

Rubbing against the heat wraps can get your skin all itchy and red.
