Dan & Judy…..geez, guys!!!! So glad everyone was OK…..

Being as shallow and crass as I am, I’ll admit, the first thought I had was whether the blame got put in the right place….which is sounds like it did. And the second thought was wondering what her liability limits are….Hope her limits are appropriate for top drawer repair!

Dorothy and I have covered about 11000 miles so far on this trip. We’ve seen people do some stuff that could easily have ended up the same way. Don’t whether the dash cam would help–but it sure makes me feel better.

The whole scene could have sure been alot uglier….happy it ended as well as it did!

Good luck…wish I could offer help, but, for sure, I’ll sure be watching the progress as things get back right!

After such a great rally–sorry the end shaped up this way. ty/dy

OK, as long as they are separated that is good. But how can a vent to atmosphere build up air in a tank? As water is drawn it is replaced by air and as water is added it displaces air. That is why a tank has some provision for admitting and exhausting air,

But none of that explains why a 120V pump introduces air into the plumbing system unless the tank is virtually empty, surely not 1/2 full. BTW, I don’t have any issues with the concept of switching to a low current draw 12V pump when not on a 120V power source but the stated reasons sure sound silly.

I had 2 that were not working causing my light to stay on. As Tom said, a little white lube on the spring/washer and actuator rod…….now my light is off and all working. I lubed them all while I was at it.

Best way to start out is, activate the bay lock on the dash, then go outside and see which one isn’t locking and start looking there.

Keep in mind, there is no remote locking feature on the engine bay door, drivers bay, or OTR air bay doors on a H.

Also, beware of the 3 phillips head screws that go into the plastic housing holding the actuator. On a previous coach, those got loose over time causing the actuator to “lean” over and not activate the switch, but yet the door would still lock and unlock! Drove me crazy finding that one.

Tom What part of the country are you at? If you are in Michigan still there is an Asko dealer in Auburn Hills just north of Detroit they carry all Asko parts include a complete assemblies. I bought the dryer motor from them when I had my XL2 Marathon. I will look in my records to see if I can find their phone number.

It is just that he says he is on shore power and the inverter pic does not reflect that he has shore or gen power to the inverter

    Mine works great.

    Has it ever worked ?

    you might try rebooting it.

Hold the on off power button and the home key (the little button at the bottom) both at the same time.

keep holding them till you get the Apple logo on your screen then you can release them.

Are you using The Safari browser?

    Gerald,

Just curious, but can you snap a pic to show what two screws? I have four screws in two separate tracks in the door opening, and two screws in the track above the door, but behind the wall next to the toilet.

Maybe I don’t have a problem with my mirrors shaking because of 24 years of riding a 1200 CC Harley without isolation motor mounts. Anything below 65 MPH and the mirrors made it look as if you were being pursued by a dozen cagers. Anything above 65 and the mirrors were absolutely dead still. Of course I am not immune from having mirror problems. On one of our cross country trips the big flat mirror section came apart from the mount used to aim it. The wiring held it in place so no breakage. I had some clear silicone caulking in an underbay. Got it out and ran a couple wavy beads on the mount. Put the mirror back in its place. The key I believe was my use of Duct Tape to hold it under pressure for the rest of the day and through the night. I gently removed the duct tape and the mirror has been in place, and adjustable, since that day.

    kirby,

Profittools website is down right now. Best bet is to download the loves app to your phone or us the PC members map for locations.

Also you can search Google for EFS network to get a list of stations that the non-loves card works at.

    Tom,

I have Verizon Unlimited Plan and at 20 Gb they throttle you back to 3G service. Makes a hugh difference. I had a 22Gb package 4G and watched my usage when traveling and made sure I turned my Mi-Fi Jet pack off. Had no problems. After I went unlimited I stopped watching my usage and went over the 20Gb about half way through the pay period and it is a shock on the difference between 4G and 3G if anything has a photo or IPs with all their advertising. I probably will go back to my 22Gig package as I see no savings with the unlimited plan. I did all my changing on line, probably should have talked to your Dude.

    Tim,

I haven’t yet switched to the unlimited plan, I hear stories of them throttling you back when you reach a certain amount of data, can you shed some light on that. I was recently at Verizon to upgrade my Jetpack, big difference and the sales dude suggested I not go to the unlimited plan.

    Harry,

One thing I would tell you is that in my estimation as a structural engineer, your coach with it’s riveted costruction is by far the strongest shell out of the Prevost line.

I also live in the humid south, and worse my coach sits generally from the end of April until the beginning of September. Except for a one year test I ran 2 years ago I have never put anything in my fuel. About 25 years ago I got dirt in my fuel but apart from that I have never had a fuel related issue.
