Our 99 Liberty had one Cadet toe kick heater. If that’s what you have they can still be obtained from Cadet. There was a recall on our particular model, but we were outside the free replacement window.

You might try pulling your heaters out and trouble shooting them. They are usually pretty simple devices. There might over temp protection that needs to be reset. Just guessing.

Joe, I’m having the same problem with the app saying certain sensors have timed out. I can reset the app and it works for a while and starts all over again. On our vintage of coaches it may have something to do with all extra metal that we have, that the H’s don’t have. Just a thought.

Move the FX anywhere you want, as long as you have power 12 or 24 it can be anywhere since it’s Bluetooth.

You say it’s “time” to recoat. I am interested to know what makes you think that. Not a negative comment but I don’t see where my 31 year old coach is showing any signs that yell “re-coat me”. Just interested to know if I am missing something.

We had an incident happen while we had the coach in an RV park near our home-base so that we could take it in for service at Prevost (we were not in the coach, this was back in 2016).

So, the next morning we go and pick up the coach and head 200 miles to Prevost Goodlettsville. As we arrived, there were not any spots with plug-in’s available so I turned on the generator.

I was still rolling looking for a parking spot and I could see the exhaust pipe in my driver’s side mirror. I could tell that the generator was running rough and looked in my mirror and black stuff was coming out of the exhaust.

The best way to explain what it looked like was black sawdust which oozed out in clumps. If I could have scooped it up (I left a trail because I was rolling), I would say it was a couple of cups of worth.

After it came out, the genny ran smooth and no problems. I’m thinking some idiot thought it was our engine exhaust. But, ours exhaust exits out the roof at the rear. The exhaust for our webasto exits in the engine compartment and can’t be seen.

    Very strange occurrence.

Helen and I have done the Hurricane stomp at Jeff’s for the past three years on our way home to Florida. Well worth the $19.95 oil change advertised on the billboard signs on the way to Jeff’s.

Mike, you didn’t have a magazine rack placed next to the ter-let (as Archie Bunker would say)?

I want a 25 cent tour when we meet in Albuquerque. You can charge Helen 75 cents.

I’ve replaced most all the Norgren valves but not the 5 stack valves, but I do have them, so I think I will try to replace the lower one

Like I said in my first post and as Don reiterated, verify the switches are working by checking for current at the solenoid valve coils, but based on your post above my guess is the Norgrens (one or more) aren’t functioning right. What is their age, and more importantly do you know if the system has ever had moisture in it.

More than a few times unexplained level low operation has been traced to internal valve corrosion dragging the spool and delaying its operation, or a hydraulic lock preventing any spool movement.

    Thank you for the well-wishes!

Harry, I was right at 65 mph.

As a p.s. when the mechanic took the wheels off, he found the front brakes were disintegrating as discussed in another thread. Our discs are solid; he mentioned later models used vented discs. It would make lot of sense that the damage is heat related, but I’m no expert on brakes.

When fueling in Indiana when it asks for the ICC number I look at the truck in the next island and type in the DOT number on his door. Has worked every time for me.

Bio diesel has been shoved down our throats for years now. Where I fuel generally it ranges from 5 to 15. It is rare to find fuel without it.

Whoever says you need an additive or that is bad for use in our coaches needs to get out more. We have no options.

Need more info, you trying to drive in manual and hold your finger on the inflate switch to keep a side up?

If so yes, my friend did it for 600 miles from Reno to Montana but he is very experienced.
