Have seen this setup on buses in Mexico, mostly on Mercedes and other European buses.

Yeah the engineer Guy i talked to a couple weeks ago needed a better bedside manner. Rude and crude. If I need another Gen Set it won’t be from them.

Did they install two new thermostats?

Jacksonville has lost there mind. See below cancellation of reservations and evacuation of Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park in Jacksonville, Florida…..
Hanna! Park Camper,In response to recent developments with Coronavirus in Duval county, all City of Jacksonville facilities will be closing effective 3/14/20 until at least the end of the month, including Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park. We are evacuating the campground and will need to have the park cleared by afternoon 3/14/20.The park will be closed until at least 3/31/20, so we will not be able to honor reservations scheduled during that time.We will work to process refunds for time not used, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know by email (hannapark@coj.net) if you would prefer to reschedule or would just like a refund.Thank you,Park ManagementCity of Jacksonville|Natural and Marine ResourcesKathryn Abbey Hanna ParkOffice: 904.270.1523 -

I feel so lucky. Not only do I drive a Prevost, but …
I survived the 90s Mad Cow Disease outbreak.
I survived the 1999 Dooms Day predictions of Nostradamus.
I survived the 2000 Y2K Millenium Bug.
I survived the 2000 Planetary Line up Star Holocaust prediction.
I survived the 2002 SARS Epidemic.
I survived the 2005 H5N1 Bird Flu Pandemic.
I survived the 06/06/06 Rise of the Devil/Antichrist.
I survived the 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic.
I survived the 2012 End of the World Mayan Calendar prediction.
I survived the 2014 Ebola Virus Epidemic.
Now, I live in Florida and need to survive the 2020 Corona Virus scare.
Hope my luck holds out.

Jon,
The top of the tire does indeed appear to have a severe cut.

MemberMarch 11, 2020 at 7:39 am in reply to: Battery Replacement Shutdown Procedure (Liberty)I did not disconnect my shore power. There was no need with what I had shut down, but disconnecting shore power adds another layer of safety.

I’ve mis-placed the link to the price sheet

Liam, what size crane would you need to lift that pit out to take to your house? Oh, and what type of spreader bar would you need to fit the lifting bridle?
-
Good idea. I should move it to my house!

Anthem, you make it sound like there is a lot to do, but in reality the adjustments (if I actually need to make them) are really no different than if I switched from gel to AGM. I will verify my settings and just adjust if needed.
I do not have to do anything to the auto-start voltage because I will never use it. But the next owner might, so I will reset it.
Every battery out there regardless of type is going to have positives and negatives (no pun intended), no more or less than any other. A huge benefit of Li is Tom would not have blown the tops off his new batteries when they were hit with high voltage because the Li would have shut down, a safety feature not available on other types.
And as soon as practical I will install a means of measuring amp hours used (battery fuel gauge) because a volt meter is no longer sufficient for determining the SOC.

Most Featherlites have a toggle switch next to the key you have to turn on before you turn the key.
