Don:
Don’t know how your interior is set up, but after having to take my fridge out the 2nd time to clean the AC unit behind it I found a better solution.
My Fridge is on the DS just aft of the front slideout. Just in front of the fridge is a wine rack with a small storage area below it. When I had the fridge out I removed the carpeted panel in the lower storage are, cut a large hole in the plywood to access the AC unit behind the fridge, then put the carpeted panel back in to cover the hole I made.
Now the process of cleaning the AC unit behind the fridge is to open the lower cabinet below the wine rack, remove the center shelf, remove the carpeted panel to expose the hole I made. Now I have access (tight but do able) to the AC behind the fridge.

added a second cooling/exhaust fan w/thermostat to the inverter/converter electrical bay.

Since we Liberty owners lack immediate access to our batteries it is important we have a means to see and control their environment. On mine the battery area is automatically temperature controlled with a kick in temp of 40 and kick out temp of 50 using a remote thermostat with a display. It is always powered, with the energy coming from the batteries themselves.
Newer Relion batteries can be provided with BMS controlled internal heating. Mine do not have that feature hence my external heat and control.

Excellent effort, SkyWagon! I have the same set-up and actually removed the trip around that evaporator to try and clean it and its fan, and thought how it would be quite difficult to remove it! Please post more pics, including pics of the unit out. THANK YOU and best wishes for a successful project!

Thank you for checking on it Jon.
I never pushed the envelope much more than a 20-30’ straight shot.
It will be interesting to here what they might have to offer.
Thanks again Jon,

Don, The previous Owner had the bus for 18 years and other than Diesel fuel put no more than a nickel into it. I could sense this when I looked at it, and I bought it knowing i had a lot of work to do. I am not complaining, I wanted a Hobby that would give me endless work to keep me busy. I am just trying to get it back to where it was originally.

I have to admit that I wasn’t even aware that some of these features existed. Like Tom, I’ve never logged out. I never look at anything other than the forums, so I’m the worst kind of freeloader. I can handle some inconvenience now and then. Bill, thanks to you and Jessica for recognizing the value of PC, and working to ensure its continued existence.

Nope not on your end. I get same thing

This could be on my end, but this morning I noticed the Search function gives me this error.

Thanks going down there tomorrow to visit with them. Feel a little better now that I have your feedback.

Jon:
Your “seat of the pants” feel is probably a better judgment than most professional trails. Looking forward to further input.

My ’98 CC has the same A/C setup on the drivers side. That’s dash A/C only. On the right side CC installed another A/C compressor that provide “bus like” air for the midship and rear with 2 3 speed fans inside to adjust the temps.
