Very interesting, could be a real game changer. Thanks for posting.

That is a serious game changer. I will not go into the long boring details about what I have to do as the only driver when towing, but if I could back into my driveway before unhitching I could kiss the inventor of the device on the lips.

does this allow front wheels to track?? or is it locking front wheels in centering action?? Wonder how it works with 46ft turning radius?? Just curious.

Roadmaster video appears to show it tracking.

I am with Jon, if this is as good as Roadmaster touts it to be it can be a real game changer.

I.E. Waiting in line at truck fuel stop, truck next lane finishes while the guy in front of you is off in the store shopping. Back up and go into the next lane. Cant currently do that

I sent Roadmaster an email asking for more information and letting them know there are toads other than the Wrangler, such as a GC.

Don’t forget about the H2’s Jon.

I’ve backed ours up if it’s a pretty straight shot, but it sure would be great if you could turn it a little bit.

Thanks again to you and Tom for all of your efforts in making Prevost ownership an enjoyable experience!

I got a response from Roadmaster and all it was turned out to be a link to the page posted here. I asked for more information and if they are going to add availability for other toads.

I never tried backing our H2. Given its weight and the fact it would not take much to get the steering wheel to turn while backing I resisted the attempt. My concern that I expressed to the Jeep Tech Service guy was if the device keeps the wheels straight, what happens to the tow bar when non-symmetrical forces are applied when backing around a corner, and if the toad tires are scrubbing imposing forces on the tow bar arms.

Thank you for checking on it Jon.

I never pushed the envelope much more than a 20-30’ straight shot.

It will be interesting to here what they might have to offer.

    Thanks again Jon,

    Chris
