Did you change PP-1 parking brake valve? Have you aired up the system (all tanks) and then drain aux tank to see if main and secondary tanks follow? I just had to take apart my check valve in my front secondary, it had just a little piece of something in it. Now all good.

I can’t believe you have a double acting cylinder on your door lock. If so that is a horrible idea. My Bus has a single acting cylinder which spring retracts when the air drops below the force the spring is exerting. DOH!

I was a tad off this weekend, just couldnt get the energy up to work on the bus.
1. Struts installed on the rear of the bus.
2. Installed 2 1/2″ water lines that go to my over flow tank. Added 2 gallons of water since my sensor was going off.
3. Torqued my drive axle nuts and installed one axle.
4. All brake lines are installed and air chambers are installed.
Next up I need to install my fridge inside the bus, then I can finish my dinette install. I need to torque steer and tag axles.
I am getting closer every weekend. Might take this weekend off for mothers day.

Are those $8000+ units that are the replacements for Cruisair’s ready to go?

With 3 installed, over $27,000 they really think there is a market vs putting on rooftop units. I would think spare parts 3 years from now will be worse than Cruiseair.

Thank you! I saw the start button and tried it and it worked, I must of had the rr start flipped when messing with it. Still trying to figure out why a 7 pin trailer would need a different pinout and what the other thing is for

Does the amount of R22 on the Cruisair label take into account the different lengths of copper lines for each unit? Or does that not make any difference?

RR stands for rear. Flip the 3 position switch up and you can start it from the rear. There is a start button next to that 3 position switch. The middle position is off and nither the front ignition keyed switch or the rear start button will work. Flip the switch down to the normal position and now it with start at the keyed dash ignition switch only.

For 9+ yrs, our refrigerator/freezer has stayed off until a day or two before a trip. Bus is always keep at home with shore power available.
The pluses are: 1) Our utility bill is less; b) the bus transfer switch will last more yrs; c) the inverter will last more yrs.

Bill I just talked to wineguard and they say the Razor RZ-8500 won’t work with a metal roof to much interference, and the Sensor batwing works better but you have to cut a hole in roof,I don’t want to cut a hole, What options do I have?

1. Swapped out rear light bulbs for LED bulbs. I know its not as good as new light fixatures but for now it will work.
2. Installed new generator cooling fan belt. Old one was cracking pretty bad.
3. Stripped rust off mud flap brackets, painted with rust converter and then topped with enamel paint.
