A couple of months ago the outside handle on our door stopped returning flush on it’s own, it was just flopping in and out… The spring that holds the outside hanlde flush had broken.
Because you had told me a few years ago to buy a new door handle, I had one on hand. But, like you, I had not changed it. Fortunately we were not locked out. A couple of hours later, the new handle was installed and the door panel was reinstalled.

I agree, not being able to see a date/time stamp for each reply makes it impossible to know how old any particular reply is. Especially on older and longer threads.

For some reason I am not seeing that on my Android phone (Duck Duck Go browser). I will check on my PC tomorrow.

That’s good to hear Bill. Nice to have some positive service provider news.

The old air line is 4mm and ages out and cracks. Was hard to get but now available in colors on Amazon along with 4mm push to connect fittings – which are a lot better than the rinky dink connectors used originally on these old chairs. Tubing and connectors are not terribly expensive. The seat is relatively easy to get off the chair and most lines can be accessed and fixed then without taking the whole chair out. I use shut offs on everything like others do. Mike

I see a “timeframe” for the last reply, but not for any other replies. This is not helpful at all.

I understand that option 1 is easier, but a great many of us access the forum from a smart phone or a tablet. I very rarely use my PC to access the forum, so my vote is for option 2.
