Joel when the wet tank drians it does not effect the gauges there will be a line running from the wet tank to the compressor / governor check lines at comp on governor , there is a check valve at primary tank after it leaves wet tank ,it can not drain primary tank if its at wet tank or to the compressor, I also think yours will have a second primary tank that is just in front of the motor up high there is no check valve on that one it is very hard to see it can also leak from the feed line or the pet cock ,tank is not that big , it is behind the primary tank at back of bus

Thanks Ben, that clears up some of the questions quite well.

When mine has run out I first fill the Racor filter that is the primary filter, (I don’t worry about the spin on filter) then push the start button and when it starts running I will open the bleed valve on my injector pump and this helps bleed off all the air.
I have a Kubota on my generator but I am sure yours has a bleed valve on it some where.
If you only have the spin on canister filter try this without doing anything to it unless it is screwed on upright and you can take it off to fill it. Mine is mounted sideways so if I take it off to fill it by the time I get back on I have lost about half the fuel.

thanks for the explanation DIane, we just did not connect the AF1 with our Prevo

correct and that is another reason I wish to limit run time on engine to get the right shop to pull the head….

Chris;
How many miles have you put on the coach? Have you had any over heating “events” I am leaning toward a sunken cylinder liner vs a cracked head. I have seen liner to head gasket issues with the 14 liter posted/reported.
I would call Pacific Power (west coast) or Stuart Stevenson, and ask for labor and parts quote.
I would also test your oil for coolant. If any is found I would roll in new bearings.
I would also call Prevost to see if anyone is pulling the head in place without pulling the engine.

It is not you, and it is just one post that turns an entire thread into one that goes wide. Maybe someone can tell us why that happens and how we can edit the post to put everything back into the width of the screen?
This has happened on rare occasion and when it does we all have to use the slide bar.
