This is easy Ronald, live in England, but you’ll have to leave your bus behind.:)
I really hope you never have to defend yourself.

Thank you for thinking of us. We left Thur and ended up in Kileen at a friend’s small ranch. He gave us a tour of Ft Hood today. Tiimmed trees yesterday, mowed a little today, pet the horses, talk to the cows andplay with the dog. Been real tough.
Home plate is fine but lots of flooding nearby. Going to be hard on folks whose homes can not leave.

No offense but what is wrong with you Americans? This is the only civilzed country in the world where gun ownership seems to be on the same level as believing in god in all is assorted flavors. I would bet that 99% of the people who own firearms have no clue how to use them properly and who would hurt themselves or get killed if they were to use them. A permit to carry means nothing. I am certified but do not carry. The only reason for me getting the permit is that it was a novelty for me and I wanted to find out what is required to get one. Which is nothing but to sit in a classroom for 2 hours and to fire one shot at a target 3 feet away.
I know this is an explosive subject matter and a lot of you will claim amendment rights and all this stuff and tell me to mind my own business.
But imagine, in England, during the past 30 years, less policeman got killed in the line of duty than being killed in this country in a week? Why, because in England, they do not carry firearms and like the rest of Europe, gunownership is strictly controlled.
Me? I am fancying a Stainless Steel Mossberg. But that is just daydreaming …
🙂

My air bags are not quite two years old. I just found and read the forum post from August 8 regarding another 1995 like mine with the same problem. There was a lot of great info and resources listed. I did call a mobile repair service last night, but he actually cancelled and didn’t come. I’m researching my options. Thanks for the input.

Yes, we made the swap in March 2017. It will eliminate the odor and the need for air pressure. Downsides: uses more water, and the foot print is smaller leaving exposed screw holes. We like it better because the extra water gives a quality flush. And is made of good quality components. From memory, I believe it has an integrated macerater also.
Peter C. thought it was the best.1984 96" with 8V92TA

Believe me, I can’t believe I can’t find it either. Part of the problem is I can’t keep the system pressurized. If I run the engine, it’s way too noisy to locate anything. If I just run the auxillary compressor, it won’t pressurize beyond zero; I hear air flow noise in/near the tank, but can’t localize it; which is why I replaced the pressure switch at first as I thought the piston/diaphragm must be the source. Brand new switch and no change. Also changed the safety valve on the pressure tank. No difference. Everything has soap residue on it from being sprayed repeatedly looking for a leak.
I could in theory plumb the toilet air either to Prevost Air or a small compressor, but I’m seriously understocked on various sizes of PP tubing and pneumatic connectors, elbows, splicers, Tee’s etc. As in nearly none. Mom and pop hardware shops in the mountains are useless, and I’m 200 miles from Denver, a city I avoid driving in/through no matter what anyway.
I’ve ordered every connector I could find online and a few hundred feet of 3/8″ and 1/4″ tubing. We’ll see when anything shows up. A shop with a compressed air source (and infinite connectors and tubing) could just start disconnecting things and pressurizing and see where the drop is. Annoying as all heck, this is. First time I’ve had a (significant) problem on the road that I couldn’t solve or work around.

Thank goodness everyone is okay.
I’m curious how the police documented the scenario of the accident in the report. And I’ll ask if you run a dash cam while driving?

That really is a nice coach. When I saw it in oerson it gave me quite a few ideas as to how I can improve my 1999 CC. Geat deal.

After speaking to Andre he has verified the pilot pneumatic signal is reaching the valves, so right now after learning he had water in his accessory system when he got the coach the suspicion is he may have a sludge and corrosion issue with the Norgren valves. He did all the correct trouble shooting up to the point of the verifying the Norgrens are “shifting” when they get the pilot signal. Tomorrow he will verify our suspicion.
I have worked on coaches with water damaged Norgren valves and if it is not sludge from corrosion reating an issue it could be water in the valve actuators creating a hydraulic lock. He will post the results.
The bus is on stands when he gets beneath it.

Andre: Jon knows 1000x more about this than I do.
But let me share with you an experience I have had. My wife is obsessed with coming to ride height before we move anywhere. She judges this visually based on how high the front and rear mud flaps are off the ground. A couple of times she has said we’re not up all the way … and she was probably right. Most of these times I was 150 feet from the road, so I put the coach in gear and drove to the edge of the road at which point she deems that the coach is “up” all the way. I don’t know if having the transmission in gear or having the coach roll 100 to 150 feet makes a difference or not. But it appears to make a difference for me.
I encourage Jon to comment on my experience.

Your TV shutting off after 20 minutes, It sounds like you have the sleep timer on. There should be an option in the configuration/setup menu to turn it off.
Just speculating but if I had to mount a flat panel TV over a window, I’d screw studs into the four standard mounting holes in the back of the TV, drill matching four holes into the backing plate that covers the window and reach up behind the backing plate where the blind is to fasten the TV with nuts and washers.
