We are definitely spoiled by the ease of using the cards.
I try to zone out at truck stops because there are some morons that use the fuel islands as a parking spot so they can pick up groceries and their lunch. It would be too easy to go crazy at some of these folks so I try not to let them get under my skin.

I met Victor at ETLC previously and last night he tells me about this great guy who works there, thought his name was ED and how he was so helpful. I explained that ED was just there pretending to work and enjoying the free electric and doughnuts.
Victor is correct, his dues are now lifetime free.

Hi Doug, I remember when Jeff had your coach on the lift, you were showing me how that worked. I recall Jeff telling you while you were checking the left front that the scale was out of calibration. I also appreciate you’re making the distinction of “fully loaded”!Say hi to Mary for me and of course the big boss Abby. It has to be 4 o’clock somewhere! It’s a family joke! 🙂

After re reading this thread and finding the You Tube Guy’s video on rivet setting it would be my best advice to either take it to Prevost or a Bus Qualified Body and Fender Shop; failing that try your local airport and solicit the assistance of a licensed airframe mechanic (probably the easiest). Should you be comfortable with setting rivets you will already know what I am about to say.
I did find the video that showed rivet installation. Thankfully he did not use a sealant before setting the rivets but unfortunately he was not too familiar with the pneumatic gun that he had purchased for the job. The end result as it was shown, was a gun that was improperly set up, way too much pressure at the onset and falling off rapidly as he set the rivets. I am sure that was in part do to the compressor being used (one can hear it in the background). The overpressure at the gun caused the material (skin) to be sucked into the rib tightly causing dimples on each piece of skin that received a rivet. I also noted that the pull pins were broken well above the rivet head rather than flush or below. Two rivets required the holes to be drilled, perhaps the wrong size rivets were selected. While it is indeed difficult to really do a bad job riveting like this, I mean they were tight, it is akin to painting a scratch on ones car with a broom.

I mean to tell you, that there are really a bunch of videos there. Don’t think that is a CC being remodeled as nearly all of them have the famous mother and daughter boards (ECC) in the forward belly, I rather think that is a name that has been conjured up.
I can only speak as to what I was taught regarding rivets. First, never but never put glues/silicone between the rivet and the skin, silicone or whatever will eventually break down and the rivet will become lose. Pneumatic rivet tools require some training before one can expect good results. Even the manual tools require some practice before using unless one likes to do jobs twice or more. I do believe why CC puts a dolup of silicone on the finished prodect is to prevent rust, not from the ss rivet but from the hardened steel pull pin.
I didn’t find the video on the setting of rivets however I found a couple that were interesting albeit slightly in error. Tire dating was way off the mark.
Just an old A and P talking now……

A rule of thumb you can use for generator fuel consumption is 1/10 per hour no load, this is for friction loss, etc of the generator itself. After that add 1/10 gallon per hour per KW of load. Using this rule a 5 KW load would be .5 gph.
Hope this helps.

I’m beginning to think that this group would be better off with an AARP discount rather than a fuel discount……….

The TV lift in a Royale is not tied into a trans lockout. The only trans lockouts are the slides. Try extending the slides and bring them in again. Be sure the coach is at ride height when you do this. Adn be sure you press the slide switch until the light goes out so the pins are fully extended.
The TV lockout is above the driver’s head. It is a relay that disables the tv and lift when the ignition is on. The ignition switch sends voltage to the relay to make it open. You can disconnect that wire and operate the TV anytime you want.

Tim,
This is just a WAG, but could the hose from the drain pan be plugged up, cracked or broken? On our coach, the drain lines all run to a location outside where you can see the water drain and collect on the ground. Do you know where the drain line for that unit is? If so maybe a blast of air from the bottom would clear the blockage. Assuming that what the problem is.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will jump in with the correct anser.

Common items like batteries and fluids, the discount is nominal, but better than the “preferred customer” discount. But wait until you buy air filters. Holy Cowm what difference
air filter #2222 for our previous coache’s gen set filter
full retail-$720
normal selling price-$57
preferred customer price $37
napa card-$15.15 -
You are correct as it is on the side of the block, behind the area of the turbo….
