Dean, sorry didnt reply earlier!
Did you do the top install yourself? I think I can do the install pretty clean, but obviously will need to get counter made.
Did you design the counter on your own? If so did you just make a template and then take it to the counter top maker?
Thanks -
From google you can just search PC…basically site: prevostcom…..
whatever you type after that will search only PC, or possibly stuff linking back to here.

I got the same notification on my jetpack. Just hung up after being on hold for 50 minutes! Wow. I’ll try again this afternoon.

There is a reason why we asked our web guy to require a log in to view the forum. Our numbers have grown to the point where our forum has become an extremely complete and valuable resource for information due to the vast amount of posts that have been made over our almost three years. We want our members to have access, but we no longer feel compelled to share it with non-members. Both Tom and I never anticipated the numbers we are dealing with. When we started we were naive in thinking we could supplement all the various Prevost groups and the large number of members they have with a little effort each day.
That little effort has grown to where we both have a lot of site related emails, we are working behind the scenes dealing with the details related to keeping the site working, and we both get a lot of phone calls associated with the site. All of that is OK, but from my perspective what is not OK is when non-members who choose to lurk, but not post because they aren’t registered or logged in start sending emails and phoning to ask questions off line. Through our Admin mail or emails sent to our personal email addresses or via phone calls we get asked questions about posts, buses for sale, or advice on how to compare their plastic coach to a Prevost, often the type of questions best asked on the forum.
We understand there are some questions that do not belong on a public forum, especially when the questions are asked in the context of last minute negotiations regarding a coach, or when asking about a specific issue relating to an advertiser. The number of those types of emails has been proportional to the number of members. When we were 300 members those communications were rare. When we approach 5 times that number of members they are not so rare. So from my perspective I want to limit those communications to members only. The reason is simple. When we seek advertisers to help compensate us so we can pay our web guy and other expenses we rely on numbers to justify an advertiser to support us or to provide our members with benefits. The more registered members, the more attractive our site is to advertisers
There is no barrier to registering or logging in. I log in every single time I am on the site and it takes two clicks. The system remembers me.

Michael,
As a guest you only see the topics, but have to login as a member to go beyond that.

I would second the recomendation on Taylor Tours. We had a repair done for a customer on a front wheel bearing that we had paid Prevost to inspect. The repair was less than the inspection.

Not a knock on anyone at all…but what if we all chipped it and bought some real software like vBulletin?
I think things would run smoother, way more features, could PM members, hopefully less susceptible to hack and losing all the good info here etc etc.

The Dow Froth-Pack works very well,it is easy to over do it as it expands more than I expected, compared to the Dow can product that the home builders sell the Froth-Pack cures in much less time and gun with the Froth pack can be held at any angle as long as the 2 cans are inverted. The product is cured and not tacky within 2 minutes after application. The kit comes with 3 spray nozzles and the instructions state that after 30 seconds of non use the nozzel must be replaced.

Chuck,
Just go to the new map and enter the information..

Seems like Prevost estimated 6000 bucks for change over on my 91 a few years back when we bought our coach. Don’t remember all they changed but do know they put new hoses on compressor in engine compartment. over 3 years ago and still cooling. Don’t think ac guy changed to front.

Any chance you are the folks who met my daughter in DC at the Arboretam?
I run the inside electric heaters and found a really small heater that I sit on top of the water tanks inside the back bay since my bus only has Webasto heat in the water bay. That and the water heaters have done me fine.
