    Bernie,

I’ve never changed the fuel pump… think it might help? I’ll try just about anything. The smoking genny sucks.

The alternator is maintaining the batteries while driving not really charging and your not harming them stopping for the night and then again driving next morning without any inverter charging as long as you don’t let them get low during the night. I use 24 as my never go below and usually 24.4. Once you get back on shore power or gen, get a full charge going with the inverters.

It doesn’t look like my bottom WH is getting electricity. Is there a re-set button on one of the WH’s that may have popped?

Wait until I show up in my 1977 GMC which I also own. I keep it just because I like it and it is unique.

I agree with Peter and Jon. I was in a pretty big storm a couple years ago (80+ MPH). With the coach on the bump stops I hardly noticed a ripple in my Macallan 12 (no ice).

Don’t now much about Florida Coach but the paint colors and interior were done on 3 or 4 buses they built over a couple years.

John Legend took one out on tour a couple years ago, which one of the 3 it was, I don’t know.

I also saw they did one for Willie, hard to land big fish like that.

On an edit here I somehow saw a video of you doing a walk thru a Newell today, I thought you were well spoken. I wish you would of taken some video of that coach closed up with slides in and people would have a much better understanding of one of the differences between a bus and a Newell.

That’s why you would never see someone like Willie walk out of a Newell, gosh what an awful thought.

Just back today from Green Bay and couldn’t help but notice the large amount of trucks everywhere, whether trucks stops, entry ramps, state rest areas. Waiting in line at Love’s is becoming common these days. At least we have the safe haven of RV parks just off Interstates, where no trucks are allowed.

California just like Louisiana, in a major money saving move. We closed most of our rest stops years ago to save money. Only welcome centers at state lines are open… If you measure the economy by truck traffic, we are busting at the seems as lots of goods moving around this country!!!

It was the evaporator that shut-off at 85, when I had the SMX set at 80. It’s not the AC because it does blow cold, it was just cycling off early. This is the first time I noticed it not cooling down to the temp I set on the SMX. I don’t know if this happened because the salon evaporator cruise air is located on my upper front Windows and it was extremely hot yesterday which made that upper compartment very hot.

Set the SMX at 72 this morning since it was at 76. Blew cold air the entire time, cooling the entire time, but the thermostat just stayed at 76. so not exactly sure what happened yesterday.

Thanks Ernie it looks like Home Depot handles Ozite but it is not available in the stores. Home Depot is pretty good about letting you return items if they don’t work out so I think I wll order some.

Thanks everyone for the your input.

High pressure is typicaly the result of a failed condener fan or plugged condenser coil. Check for fan operation at the condiensing unit.

Jerry is on the right track, if you can compress the ring with an open end wrench the T should come out, they’re a bitch sometimes. I have also done what Jerry suggested to cap off a piece of tubing.

Like Al and many others we recently had Jeff replace all air bags on our 2004/5 with about 85,000. This along with other maintenance Jeff performed at least gives me a little more comfort driving down the road.
