    John & Di

I was not a graduate but I attempted two years of education as a Volunteer. Strohs beer decided I needed to wait. I served 20 years in the USAF and an additional 15 Civil service. I did finally earn a Masters degree in something valuable in all that time.

My 97 Liberty had the same plaque JIM has. Same limitations as well. My current coach has a 20,000 pound limitation with a 1500 pound hitch limitation.

    Rod,

The towing capacity is 10,000 lbs and 1,000 lbs of hitch weight. I took those numbers directly out of the Owners Manual for my 2001 Liberty XL2.

Don’t see why you would need fresh water in the tank Peter, but you would need to make sure the water heater has water in it if your using the electric.

    Chris,

Many tire shops are not going to have your tire make and size. Although TCI-Tampa is not high on my list, they will have your tire and, I think, do road side service. If you need a tire and have the time, go to TCI-Tampa and pick up the tire under the FMCA purchase program and have it available for the road side service guy.

Last year we shopped for new AGM batteries. Hands down the best price was from Tom.

Tom arranged all the shipping to installing location with fresh factory stock

FYI ….Installing new batteries should all be date coded the same and not over 6 months sitting on the dealers shelf.

There have been several horror stories on out of code, mixed dates and one battery dealer stock over a year old. That actually led to more issues then when the bus owner had the original batteries, all traced back to old batteries.

It was sometime in the mid 90’s when Prevost added the fuel filler on both sides of the coach. After they did that it took a few more years before they figured out how to stop the fuel from puking back out of the filler neck, splashing diesel fuel on everything in a 3 foot radius.
