If the EGR is defeated either by programming or the use of the Ugly Fix the tube from the EGR heat exchanger to the intake manifold needs to be plugged or somehow blocked.

I did not find a significant improvement in mileage immediately. Initially it started with a .2 to .3 increase in MPG, but over time I have seen the mileage increase from what I think is the engine cleaning itself up internally with the sooting that comes as a result of EGR being cleaned out.

But if anyone is interested in improving mileage you don’t need to modify your engine. Just slow down. Your coach is a recreational vehicle and the faster you drive the less time behind the wheel you have to enjoy it.

The granite used is definitely thin granite. Your local installer might be able to handle it but if it were me I would have it installed by a Prevost specialist. It will cost more but my guess is your stress will be reduced and the end job will have no excuses. That would be worth the extra cost and time to me. Hope this helps.

I assume due to the many complaints from owners who purchased the new models of GM SUVs and trucks thinking they would tow as older models there is now listed on their websites an transmission option which is exactly like the older models. My GMC truck does not register mileage when towed and does not require a battery disconnect.

Born and raised in Shawano as were my parents. Still own a home in Shawano on the Wolf River. Toying with developing a “nice” RV park along the channel between the river and Shawano Lake, but the season might be too short to make the economics work.

These photo’s were taken with my IPad Air. When viewing them in my photo’s the orientation is correct, but as soon as I upload they are rotated. The reason for this is because each photo was taken by rotating the IPad and taking the picture. My IPad does not auto orient nor does my IPhone 6. Taking this one step further, if you send theses photo’s to your Windows computer and save, they will be rotated. You have to correct them with your photo program, save and then you can post on the site and they will be correct.

So, if you’re using an IPad or IPhone take the picture with the home button on the right held horizontal and your photo’s will be correct.

AL: What did you do? Move to a different campground where the access to information wasn’t being censured?

I’m sorry, Ted, but I don’t remember where it is. I can still see it in my head though!

Oh good, Tom, thanks. You’ve got a pretty good memory compared to me!

I’m working on both KYP2 and Lakeland. Mostly depends on Natalie’s availability. Hopefully I’ll know soon.q

I hate to admit this, but I have to dig around to be able to properly and accurately describe why. I did know many moons ago when I experienced that, but right now all I think I remember is the loss of air is only after the compressor cycles off and it does not affect pressure in any of the tanks or pneumatic systems.

Would anybody believe me if I said my brain has so much information when a new piece of information is inserted, one of the old pieces of information falls out?
