Here is what I was told. The day of the sale no one was alllowed in the coach. The front slide seal was shot, there was water damage inside, the front shades were full of mildew and I assume that all batteries and tires would need to be replaced.

Thanks everyone for the support. I’ll try to have my coach reasonably clean and since this is just a long weekend I’ll leave my portable clothes line at home.

Alvie, if it is any consolation we all have drips and leaks at connections and fittings that need to be tightened occasionally. Air, coolant, etc.
When the temps are warm we have less leakage, when the temps dip down they start to show up.
They all leak eventually.

Tom and I will be posting a lot of details as soon as we iron out some issues relating to the seminar.
I can say for sure the handouts and workbooks will be fairly extensive. We hope to record it and it may end up being on U-tube (or some similar format) or as a DVD. The reason for going to the extent is we think the seminar will be repeated in various locations and times so the front end work is going to be significant.
What we hope can be included will be time for converter specific questions and answers. At Oysterfest we plan on having some morning Q&A sessions over coffee and the type of questions will help guide us on that part of the program if we can make it work. The focus as planned right now is a concentration on things of broad general interest.
Everyone who contributes to this forum is actually helping to shape our seminar. The questions asked are items of interest to our members and those asked or dicussed most often on the forum are going to help get those topics in the seminar. The difference is going to be the availability of coaches for show and tell which will make the seminar significantly more valuable than words and photos.

We have limo tint on our windows. Came that way. Am thinking it was installed while in Texas/South West. We find it does a couple things. One it cuts down on sunlight in the coach and 2 it cuts down on being able to see in the coach at night.
Since our coach already has a dark(er) interior then others (has a burl wood design), it’s already a little dark inside, this does add to it, but not by that much with giving some additional benefits (the reducing the ability to see in at night is the most beneficial for us).

My mirrors don’t move (vibrate) at all. Think it’s all the rivets in the coach keeping things tight.
Will, bought me a 74 cu. in. Superglide in 1976 before all the Harley fad hit. Kept it 4 years and sold it with 1200 miles on it to a friend and he’s still got it in his garage. Had to sell mine cause I couldn’t keep the filling in my teeth. Kept shaking them out. Drove a friends 2010 around the block and that thing was smooth. You could even see out the mirrors.
