If you did not understand what Bob G said, the back of the hand/finger touching a hot wire will cause the fingers to close, pulling them away with the reflex from the voltage source.
Touching the hot wire with the pad of the finger often causes one to fatally grab the hot wire.

Rocky,
Yes, you have a Classic or a 12 volt house. It will not have an equalizer. Your chassis is a 24 volt, but uses 12 volts for certain systems and components which is why it has an equalizer. The purpose of the equalizer is to maintain the correct relationship between the 12 and 24 volt circuits (within 1/2 volt). My house is 24 volts but like the chassis the house also has some 12 volt systems and devices so my house battery bank also uses an equalizer.
Mark is correct in poking you a little to see if you got the electrical issues resolved. Over the years we have seen a lot of owners experience grief and some not so small financial losses caused by buying new sets of batteries because some problems were ignored. The learning curve on our coaches is steep and potentially expensive. Try to stay ahead of the curve.

Yeah, Ours in this 91 will freeze you to death. On midship blower no adjustment full blast. Just shut vents on drivers side and turn blower down in front. Sure nice in these 100 degree days we had this summer on way to the beach on the Gulf coast.

Stopped at a gas station today to get gas for my lawnmower, 5 gal container with a mark on the side that says “FULL” to keep from overflowing…I guess. Well, the pump said 5.2 gal? Hmmm

Rocky,
My 94 Liberty 40 had 3 8D’s located in the aft portion of the first bay, accessed by removing a panel. This panel also gave access to the Cruiseair.

Glad you are back on the road.
There is a second condition that will prevent any transmission from going into gear. That is an RPM above idle. On my coach I also need to have my foot on the brake. The point is that like the suspension our coaches continue to evolve and there are more and more conditions that have to be satisfied before we can engage D or R. Folks with slides also have conditions which must be met before the transmission can be shifted out of neutral.

The bulbs come out of the glass lense. Just turn them about a 1/4 turn and pull them out. Any auto parts house will have them.

I asked HF about the rating the guy in the store said 12 tons a each. Have not seen it in writing yet.
-
I have two, rated at 12 ton, gave $89 (each) for them. When I jack it up, it still has a healthy amount of wood cribbing and flat plate in there “just in case.”
I am not trusting my life to anything Made In China, just isn’t worth it.

Anyone with an 8V92 that can post a photo?
On my 87 the block heater as I recall was on the RH side when viewed from the door opening and it was a 120V line going to an outlet up behind the cap. Liberty had a switch in the circuit breaker panel labeled engine block heater. As I recall it was a threaded pipe fitting so if you do have to add one it seems to me removing a plug and inserting the heater would not involve much spillage if you got the opening covered with your thumb after removing the plug and before inserting the heater.
I doubt unless you head north you will have much need for a block heater. I recall mine would start without the heater as low as 32F. Below that I ran the heater.

AC solenoid switches and fuses:

Rocky,
Ok, my Liberty owners manual shows the ceiling lights are powered through the 12 volt Master Panel, have two 20 amp fuses and are labeled circuits #27 and #28.If you need to chase down the master switches, you will find them in the Mid 12 volt Panel. The Lighting Master is labelled LM the Tivoli Master is labelled TM.
Hope this helps.
