  • Ford Headlight Part Number

    Anyone happen to know the Ford part number for the two headlight (one on each side) XL?

    Don’t know it, but I would not hesitate to head on down to the local Ford dealer with one in my hand.

    I don’t think it’s a Ford auto headlight. Looks like it may be an inch or so wider and taller. If it was a Ford head light there would be a bunch of aftermarket stuff available to replace it cheap.

    Brian,

    There are two sets of numbers on one that I have, they are 936 592-00 stamped on the light base and then 937 060-00 ink stamped on the back. If I recall, they were from an F-150 mid 80’s vintage.

    The bulbs come out of the glass lense. Just turn them about a 1/4 turn and pull them out. Any auto parts house will have them.

    I’m pretty sure you’ll find they are from a 1990 Ford F-150 series pickup and, as such, are available both from Ford and aftermarket suppliers. I also seem to recall they are available with bright or matte trim if it makes any difference in your application. The bulbs are, of course, replaceable.
