Joel: are you sure the list price of your 2000 XLV Elegant Lady was $1.2 million? While we don’t have a build sheet for our coaches not do know the actual price out the door at Liberty, ours is only a year older than your and I’ve thought it’s original sale price was around $850K, maybe $900k. If you have paper work that confirms $1.2 million then ours (a year older) was probably right at $1 million new. I think we both have rivet coaches.

Jon,
Thanks for your advice. I understand about taking time to get to know the coach better and setting up a maintenance log system. I have a system in place for the whole coach, but it does seem that I am continually massaging the process and not satisfied with the product. Maybe that is normal due to the volume of information.
Thanks again,
Jim

I accidentally came across an ebay seller with a lot of NOS Allen Bradley stuff. I don’t know if any of it will work for a bus? Check it out.

OK the red bus is mine today. I’ve always wanted slides and finally decided to move up regardless what my better half said.. Thank you all for your kind, courteous, harassment, speculation, I’m just overwhelmed. Now all I have to do is find the big feather duster to clean the slide top.
Without the help of Jeff, it wouldn’t have happened.

+1 on Redburn. They are my home base dealer.

Hi Tom, Always a pleasure to hear from you regardless of the time. 28,000 miles you say, not bad, not bad at all. Wednesday I was up at ETLC, seeing Jeff and the boys. They took both valve covers off to look at the Jake break and I commented on how clean it looked! There are so many times I think to myself “I cannot get over this is a 1991”!
The first of the month we’re taking our first real trip 700 miles the Branson, MO. We’ll be there for 8 days and a nice amount of time to be in the bus. We’re really looking forward to it.

Tim,
Please do not be mislead by the advice provided above. Clearly someone has hacked our system and logged in as two good members to give you information we know cannot be true.
There is no repair that can be made on a Prevost conversion for the cost of an O ring. Obviously we have to tighen up the PC security.

When we’re at Jeff Rowe’s in Tennesse, I always have Peter Campbell dump our coach. He lives for dumping. Watching Peter dump is like watching a well choreographed one man show on Broadway.
