New Bus At Jeff’s
I was down Jeff’s at ETLC today and was surprised to see the size of the crowd gathered around a shiny, big, great looking H3. The coach was clearly owned by a star, maybe Nick Saban because there seemed to be a lot of clues it was owned by someone who was really into Alabama sports.
Does anyone know whose coach it is?

I guess we know its not tom. Being a good ol’Georgia boy, he would have nothing to do with the tide.

Scuttlebutt has it that it has a slide, if it’s “you know who’s”……hell has froze over.

We all know it is not Tom. That is obvious because it has a slide and we know he will never ever buy a bus that has slides. We also know he probably will not be buying another bus because for several years we all heard the coach he just sold was his last bus.
Uh, oh. We might be getting deceived by Truk. He is very clever and knows exactly how to choose and use his words. He always says he is not getting a bus with slides. Notice he always says “slides” (plural), not “slide” (singular).
Very clever.
Then he does the same thing by saying the bus he owns is his last bus. Of course it is. I am driving my last bus. But the next one will be the last bus (in a series of buses).
Very clever.
He seems to have Jeff catching on about how to use words to convey a wrong impression without actually lying.
What is the real story about the bus at ETLC??????

Not sure what is going on but I was sent to Nashville to pick up this one slided Crimson Tide beauty but I can tell all that in reference to hell freezing over, I unloaded a pallet of ice skates here at ETLC this morning.
I don’t know what anyone else is going to do with them but I’ve been skating around the parking lot all morning !!!!!
By the way, don’t try to skate down the hill next to the highway, too steep.

This is really getting to be a mystery!! But the thing that Jon alluded to about having to seriously parse comments from Tom is most interesting…is someone leaning toward running for political office & using the PC site to practice his wordsmith skills?? Sounds like a future potential political contender based on previous posts/comments!! 🙂

I’m guessing the “coach in question” might be Tom’s ’cause he really likes our paint job and this one is similar. It’s missing only one color. If Tom called me I’d give him the color number and he’d be all set. Just sayin’.
He is very clever like Jon says. I’d suggested he go for two slides and only use them half the time. A Nancy-Tom compromise. I’ll bet that gave Tom the idea to get one slide only and use it all the time. It’s easier for him to remember. He’s good with math.
