Road Service and a new Michelin tire
After we arrived in Williams, AZ, near the Grand Canyon, a week ago, Gabi pointed out to me that there was a wide and deep cut in the side wall of one of the drive tires. No idea how, when and where this happened but scary enough for me to start looking for a tire service. There happens to be a Love’s 500 yards from here but the service shop was not excited to work on a coach and they did not have the tire, anyways. They referred me to road service nearby. They do not deal in Michelin and referred me to REDBURN TIRE CO. In Flagstaff, about 30 miles from here. To make a long story short, they had the tire in the shop within 1 day and came out the following day to install it. They did even ask me about being a member of the FMCA to get me a discounted price. I have added them to the maps with phone number and contact details. Great experience and I do recommend them. They do have several more locations, too.
Oh, incidentally, I needed a 315/80 XZA2 and they installed a XLEZ. Apparently, this replaces the XZA2 tire. My cost was aboy $700
