The electric one may be for bay heat.

I’ve had a similar situation to Tim except with the heat. With this past cold snap I turned on the Webasto but that wasn’t enough heat. So I turned on the SMX to Heat, turned the thermostat up to as high as 84 on multiple units but only got cold air out of the vents. After 30 minutes it was just too cold and shut them off. This happened on multiple very cold mornings.
I remember this happening last year when the coach was stored. Nothing but cold air but I let the units run while I was right there working at my shop. A couple hours later I went in the coach and it was brutally warm.
So, does it take a fair amount time for the heat to finally come on?

Very nice David,
Thanks for posting …

Many times if the alternator of the engine, is only charging the house batteries and they are dead, the alternator needs to see some kind of voltage to charge….Therefore if you start the coach and add a outside source of charger or hit the boost charge button it will be able to see voltage and thus excite the charger to charge…Once that happens it is a matter of running the engine and invertors for a period of time together to get the system going…

Bernie,
On mine, I would have to manually turn on/off my 12v in my Water Bay where my water pumps are located. I can turn on/off my 110v water pump from inside my coach or in the water bay where I hook-up my hose. But this does not happen automatically.

Yes Jim told be about the rear start function. You flip the switch up and push the button! I don’t remember, do you need the key in the ignition in the run position for it to work?BTW they got the bolts off and the starter is being rebuilt as we speak!

I have pictures but the video didn’t help me to figure out how to post them. I seems to be missing something!
If anyone can tell me 1. 2. 3. how to insert a picture I have three of them to show what I’ve been talking about on the wrapping!
Thanks,
Harry

My answer was 8.
I had looked at 2 in Florida at Featherlite on my way back from Disney, and then 1 private owner listing in New Jersey.
Finally I picked out 5 more in Tennessee that I wanted to get a real eye one before making a decison on the one I thought I would ultimately want. ,One was at ETLC and the rest in Nashville.
I had it really down to 2 coaches when i went shoping at the end. The early visits where I thought I knew what I wanted yielded ideas of what I ultimantly ended up with.
Overall I saw 3 coaches that would have been good coaches for me. 1- 03′ Vantare, 1- 06′ Marathon , and 1-00′ Liberty.
In end for me it was about the specific coach and I tried to pick the best option for my needs based on the criteria I had built for myself. -)
So far so good.
Good luck with your search.

I hope everyone recognizes what happens when members take advantage of the expertise that is possessed by our members. It was not that long ago that Tim was brand new to this forum and he asked questions. Today he has shifted to where he is answering questions, and from my perspective his answer is right on target. Nobody is better qualified to address questions such as the one that started this thread than an owner that has recently gone through the process of identifying and buying their coach.
Good job Tim.

Thanks Jon I have emailed Steve in the past and he does have the panels or complete door it’s the price and shipping maybe if someone you guys know that are coming up to western Canada and the price is right we can make a deal. -
Pres,
Just be aware my response to Joel was strictly related to our Liberty coaches with the single Raritan hot water tanks. Your question is Country Coach specific and someone with knowledge of that system is the best source of your answer.

FOLLOW UP to Flat Tag
I called Coach Net this morning within 30 minutes they had located a 365 tire and the road service was out with in the hour. The tire tech was very good. He changed the tire, installed a new valve stem, oiled the studs, cleaned the nuts installed nuts with a different smaller air tool, then torqued the nuts to 475. And he was a nice guy. We back on the road again. Again thanks for all your help.

Pres, I changed out my Atwood EHP 10’s to EHM11’s this fall. Same dimensions, but the engine coolant connections are on the front instead of the back, 90 degree fittings and a bit of heater hose and you’re good to go. Amazon has them from several different sources.
